Very professional staff and the store very well laid out

As a big dude, it's always stressful trying to find things that will fit straight off the rack. I went into DXL for a suit, my first actual suit that wasn't a uniform. I was greeted when I entered the store and the team there was great. Dave helped me with fitting and showed me some great options. Ended up buying everything in the one shot. I will definitely be back. Can't recommend this place enough.

Dave made me and my wife feel at home. He shared a wealth of knowledge.
I am a big guy and could not find shirts, suits, and shoes in my size at any local store, for example, Macy's.
Dave measured me, and I got the fitting pants, blazers,shoes, and socks for my upcoming interview.
He is an asset to your team, and I will be driving back to Salem, NH, to buy clothes from him very soon,

I hate shopping, but this was the best experience I've ever had buying clothes. Needed something quick. Dave helped me chose a style I love, all while dealing with my mind being all over the place! They worked to keep it at a price I felt comfortable with! Definitely recommend this place!

The experience was excellent. I was greeted on the way in. No pressure to buy, I told the fellow what I was looking for, he took me to the section, asked my size and got what I was looking for. Checkout was quick and easy.

My first visit to DXL in Salem, NH and was warmly greeted by Eric and Dave. The service I received could not have been better. I need to upgrade some clothes for two upcoming weddings and I am very pleased with the selections available and the assistance I was provided.

Fantastic gentleman that operates that store! So knowlegable about clothing lines and how they are built in the DXL size ranges. If you need plus sizes and other sizes they carry, he is the man to hook you up!!

Awesome store! My husband has been struggling to find clothing that fits him properly. We were greeted right away when we walked in and Dave measured my husband and helped us find everything he had been looking for and if they didn't have it in stock he set it up to order online for us and had it shipped to our home. I can't express how grateful I am that there's such a wonderful place like this that made my husband not only feel welcome but he actually felt comfortable shopping for him self for the first time in a really long time!

I started shopping here for 14 year old son. He has always had a hard time finding clothes that fit him. Every time we go there the guys are so helpful! My son always comments how nice they are to him.

The staff at this location are top notch. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. I went into this location with my husband to buy a dress shirt and a tie for a wedding we were attending. We were greeted right away and was fitted for a shirt and had a tie that matched my dress within 20 minutes. Quick and painless.

I have to let you know what a great experience my nephew and I had today in your Salem, NH store. My nephew needed to buy his first suit post-transition and your associate Adam was amazing in helping us from beginning to end! From using my nephew’s preferred pronouns to suggesting a local tailor and shoe store, as he didn’t quite have a shoe selection small enough. It’s folks like Adam who make a difference for families like ours as we navigate our way through ‘firsts.’

First experience was great! Dave took great care of us & helped pick out the styles in our price range. The second experience we were ignored but new what we wanted from the first experience. It was great to have clothes that fit perfectly!

Love Love Love! I don't think I have ever walked into a store with staff that was so well education, professional and honest. The insight and knowledge about men's clothes in general had me blown away. Being in sales and customer service myself I am very critical and the two gentleman blew me away. My husband has not been able to find clothing to fit him and had hoped by going here he would find something. He actually a little to small for their clothing yet they still helped fit him so he could get clothing there and did find a couple of things there as well. They also explain the tailoring services so he could return in the future to have clothing tailored for him which was very reasonable. If you think you might benefit from big and tall clothing look no further! I immediately starting tell my friends when we left. The select was incredible and so many name brands I was jealous my husband didn't fit into half the stuff here because it was nicer then what we have found anywhere else! Not what you think about for a big and tall store. Check it out!

I'm a typical big guy who hate's shopping... Adam at the store made it a good experience... measuring, helpful suggestions, etc... bought a few more things that I was planning on, but glad I did! I recommend to other 'Big & Tall' guys...

Been going here for a few years. I'm quite big so i have a hard time finding clothing in my size with a little style as well. No issue here though, DXL has a big selection of Tees, Polo, Vest, Suits, Trouser, Winter coats, Shoes, Belts, and more. The staff are very helpful and make it about you, even if you are not sure what you're looking for, give them an idea to work with and they will help fill in the gaps. Classy and professional but not snobby atmosphere. They're gonna make you look good!! Price-tags can be high with Big and Talls, but they get some good deals, buy two for less and a large clearance section with some great items. If anything is out of stock, the desk can usually order it for you to be sent to your home at no extra charge. Quickest delivery was within 48hrs. I'm not a big fashion guy, just a big guy, DXL really updated my wardrobe and if looking good is feeling good, I'm feeling great.

Even though I ordered online I was told I could go to a store and make my return. The young man at the Salem NH store was very helpful and explained if this happens again come back and he can make the exchange and save me from the shipping charges. First time in this store and I will definitely be going back there.

Great service at this location. Not enough polo options available. Too much Vineyard Vines. Always great service here.
