I went to Staples for an Amazon return. I had made a mistake on the return. The clerk was so helpful! They fixed the return on my phone and made the exchange in just a short time! Luke was fantastic! Personable, knowledgeable and patient! I will be going there fore my returns and other errands.

I come to salem nh store to print 24x36 blueprint drawings many times over last 9 months. Everytime i was in and email my files and they always get it done quickly. One time i tried a different staples store and they wanted nothing to do with printing right then. Today i had to wait a little due to busy print shop and i was apologized to for the delay. Ive had so many good experiences i didnt care. Was helped out and treated exactly how youd expect when someone is busy, very courteously. Good crew.

I was in the Salem store this morningTo have a picture printed and Christina waited on me.I just want to say she is very good at what she does.She has done some prints for me before and she always makes suggestions to make my prints better. I appreciate her knowledge. Thankyou Christina keep up the good work!

I went in early one morning looking to replace a printer/scanner that had died in my office. I was immediately greeted and was taken right to the printers where I found what I was looking for to be in-stock and without piles of dust on top of the box. They then rolled out a hand-truck and wheeled it to the counter where I paid for it and they then wheeled it out to my vehicle in 8F degree weather..loaded it in for me and thanked me again. Really great experience. I won't shop anyplace else for my office supplies.

I was able to get the item, I was looking for. An associate did help me, regarding the correct size. The cashier was very professional and pleasant. Glad I made it into this Staples. Came out very satisfied. Have been there before, and will definitely go back again.

Colin in the Copy Center was AMAZING! He was extremely helpful and so kind. I love my new personalized stamps that he made. I asked him about designing some business cards. He gave me some good prices. I told him I would definitely be back. Thank You Colin you made my experience tonight a pleasant one. He is a great asset to Staples.

Don't understand any customer service comments less than EXCELLENT! Christina was our rep and she went above and beyond to remedy our Verizon situation. She was so helpful, I took my sister-in-law there for her to switch to Staples. Was working with another newer employee when Christina approached us to help with the problem. She saved us a lot of money by purchasing from Staples and not Verizon direct. We are grateful and impressed. She was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Try going there again and ask for Christina or Eddie.

Just bought a laptop. Great price. There was a little issue and the store did a great job "making it right." I'm very appreciative and am very satisfied with their customer service!

Great place for office and school supplies. Good sale items in their flyer. Bring in Old pc"s, printers and electronics for rebates off on new electronics. Very good extended warranty programs.
