I ordered some items online and had them sent to store. I went to pick it up after I received the email it was ready and they only gave me 2 things and said wait for the email. That made no sense because I had the email. I went back a second time a few days later. They had my items but wouldn't give them to me. They couldn't figure out how to release them to me in their computer. I sat in line for 20 minutes while she tried to call someone. She eventually said I can't give these to you. You have to come back so I can figure this out. I was worried about my items getting lost or sent back and asked if that would happen. The woman said no and took down my number. She never called and I went back the soonest (trip 3) I could to pick up my items. I was told they sent my items back....I am beyond angry. Three 15 min drives one way only to get sent away all times even though my items were there waiting. Some items are no longer in stock and none of them are anywhere close to the sale price I originally bought them for.

This place is horrible. The store manager so unprofessional. The store is a complete mess. She should be outside cleaning up the parking lot. She reaks of onions. All of the employees have such horrible hygiene issues. This store smells so horrible its surreal. Corporate office need to pay a visit to this store. This would never fly in a ritzy area.

the cashier was so rude wouldn't speak or open her mouth when asked questions about the clothes! it seems like they didn't want our business or hate their job. we didnt feel welcomed. if it wasn't that we need the uniforms for school and we can only find them there i wouldn't come back. honestly if you hate your job don't work there. its a children's place talk to costumers with a good attitude. smh

The 3 people there this morning are very disrespectful wouldnt help at all. They kept telling me the original return policy was different from all the other stores when its actually the same I won't EVER be returning here at all. They act like they didn't want to do their job and thats not my problem dont pick a job you don't want to work at its simple.

The women there in the store need to learn how to respect people. She is very rude and throw the clothes. The clothes are everywhere in the store it is totally a mess.

Who Ever is Running this store, needs to reevaluate who they have working, those girls are very Rude, The Fat Black one in particular didn't speak or anything I did not feel welcomed!
