Best Western Plus Portsmouth Hotel And Suites

Staff is awesome! (Manager, desk staff, and housekeeping all great!)
Suites are comfortable and recently updated. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean! Pool needs renovation along with the room the pool is in. We stay here when we come to NH to visit our children, and always pleased.

LOCATION! A 5-minute drive to downtown Portsmouth. A mid week check-in was seamless. The rooms are CLEAN, modernized, spacious, and comfy.
All of the 5-stars go to the staff. The staff here is the best I’ve experienced. Surpasses Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, and Wyndham. Bobby will always offer the warmest welcome upon check in and throughout your stay.

I was a little disappointed the indoor pool was closed and that wasn’t posted on the website but the outdoor pool is available as of 08/23

Due to a cancelation at another hotel. Best Westeren provided us a room without reservation. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and nice. Not much in area for shopping.

Surprisingly great accommodations at a low price. For around $100 we were able to stay in town late and still get an early enough start to be on the Cape early the next day while getting an extra two hours sleep. For that price I was expecting to find Norman Bates at the desk. What I found was clean, quiet, and comfortable convenience. Way to go Best Western!

Did not stay here, so I can't comment on the rooms. I did have an issue, and the employees at the desk went out of their way to help me. Very appreciative! Great customer service!

This was a last minute quick weekend away with the kids. This hotel has so much charm. I loved it. The rooms were nice clean and comfortable. The staff was by far the friendliest group of people I have ever experienced at a hotel. The pool area was beautiful. The diner adjacent to the hotel was great. Food was good and staff were super friendly also. If you can take a 2 min ride into downtown so many shops. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. We would definitely come back. Thank you for the lovely weekend.

Beautiful Superior King room!!! Spacious whirlpool tub, lots of amenities, insanely comfortable bed and the room was tastefully decorated with plenty of charm! Priced extremely well - great place for our couples Valentine weekend! We will definitely stay here again. Check in was also quick and easy with a friendly staff.

Price. The Round About restaurant is attached to the hotel, and WOW....what an awsome diner!!! Be prepared to be wowed! The bed was a bit soft, but that just being my preference, to have a firmer mattress, does not take from my review. The pillows were like sleeping on clouds. And although the location is near highway, which was great for me, the room was quiet. Price, cleanliness, Round About Diner, Full belly before bed, and not having to drive to breakfast or dinner was a big lure. Front desk folks were smiling and welcoming!!!! Yup!!! I will definitely stay there again.

Here for an overnight stay after a concert in town, part of a group. Staff were wonderful, warm, welcoming and responsive to our needs. Rooms were standard 2-bed rooms, complete with small fridge and microwave. Both bathroom and room were clean and comfortable, and spacious enough to be comfortable. There was a pool and exercise room that I did not use, but looked standard hotel issue.
One of the best features was the attached restaurant, the Roundabout, serving comfort food in a 50's diner atmosphere. Great supper, wonderful breakfast, reasonable prices. Restaurant is independent from the hotel, so no room service! But there is an internal door linking the two, so you can avoid bad weather.

I would definitely return, and absolutely recommend.

We stayed over on Christmas night and they gave us quite a surprise...they upgraded us to a suite, which was really, really nice. We've stayed here quite a few times and each time has been great...no complaints at all. Thanks again for the suite stay!!

Suite rooms are very nice, however the kitchen was only supplied with one pan. The bed is extremely comfortable, in my opinion. Hotel staff is very nice and inviting and willing to accommodate and address any issues you may have. If you are traveling for business and leave for work before 6 AM they will not have coffee ready.

The location is excellent, close to every type of store you may need to go for an extended period. Lots of excellent results restaurants near by.

Great customer service lovely workers all the way up to the managers and GM always very helpful and have a go getter attitude. Will definitely come back to stay again. They're in the remodeling stages as well with the rooms so bare that in mind. Can't be done overnight we their rooms.

Extremely satisfied with our stay. We only stayed 1 night but would have been more than comfortable staying additional nights if we could have. Simple location with easy access to rte 95. Very clean, comfortable rooms, shower had great pressure with nice hot water, and it was quiet. Did not hear doors slamming shut all night and morning. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if an opportunity presents itself.

The service desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean, and full of amenities, including USB charging stations next to the bed. We also had a mini fridge, and microwave. It is right next to a great little dinner as well. We enjoyed our stay, great value, would recommend.

We had a large group and this hotel was magnificent at taking care of us. Everyone was very kind, helpful, considerate, efficient and accommodating. They made our stay very enjoyable. I wish I was coming back to the area so I could stay here again. We stayed in the suite and it was awesome. The other rooms were very nice too. There was a recliner in one that I saw. I loved it there!

My family (husband and two children) stayed at this hotel from Aug 6- 8th 2012. I was extremely happy with our room and our stay. This hotel was clean, the staff was super nice and the pools were wonderful! My kids enjoyed playing in the pools as well as relaxing in the hot tub. The hotel was located near everything but far enough away (about 4 min) from downtown that we were not right in all of the tourist traffic. We will absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here for 5 nights recently. The staff was amazing. The room was clean and roomy. Beds were comfy. Hotel itself was very clean. Love that it's connected to roundabout diner. Very convenient. The pool was also clean. We had the pool to our selves for the most part. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And stay again!

We use this hotel on various occasions and always have a great experience. Rooms are clean with friendly staff at front desk. They have both an indoor and outdoor pool. The adjacent Round A Bout diner does great breakfast and quick service. There are other hotels in this area but we will continue using this location.

This Best Western Plus hotel was a pleasure. The rooms were large, clean and very well equipped. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful demonstrating that they were interested in the customer having a pleasurable stay. As always the staff does the most to influence the client's impression.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly without being too pushy. I asked for suggestions on where to eat and they took me off the beaten path which was exactly what I wanted. I had a fantastic meal in a small out of the way place. Had a quiet night sleep in a nice bed. Didn't use the extras in the room like the microwave, fridg, or coffee. I didn't want to make my own coffee when I just went to the lobby to get the hot pre-paid free coffee. Morning staff was charming enough but I had not had my coffee yet.
