I was well taken care of. I asked if they could steam a shirt and requested extra coat hangers. I received both. The employees will go out of their way to help. I’d like to see some benches around the store.

I gave it a *5 because I was in JcPenny for less than ten minutes. Spoke to one staff member store looked organized and clean.

THANK-YOU Penny's for honoring medical exemptions in your store regarding masks. Famous Footwear on the other end of the mall would not. Our son cannot physically wear a mask and breathes with a ventilator. Famous acted unconstitutional and discrimitory. So we spent all our $$ at Penny's and will give them our service in the future. Thank-you for the wonderful shopping experience. 🙂🙂🙂

Had a very good time and the employees were great and was able to answer all my questions about some pants and jewelry for my wife's birthday and our 40th anniversary told them much I had saved up for both occasions they got me the best bang for the buck

I know that my dad is not the easiest person (by far) to assist when he is shopping for clothes. And with that I would like to give a big shout out to Cassey. She was quite possibly the most helpful and patient customer service representative I have ever dealt with. Not that Dad would ever admit it! Thank you very much for making it less painful to help him find what he is looking for!

Andrea, I hope I have the correct name, was simply amazing!! Trying to get my husband set up with a suit for our daughters wedding and she was very informative and helpful and pleasant.

Friendly staff and very nice/helpful with my getting my orders that I placed on line because unfortunately the store doesn't really carry alot of plus size black pants but its generally this way thru Kearney.

One of the associates named Madelyn had a nice smile and was very polite and helpful. Department stores need more people like her

I can get shirts here that don't cost 90 bucks and jeans without holes that dont cost 200 bucks.
