Hy-Vee Grocery Store

Very large selection of items to choose from. Many options to choose from, not just a grocery store. There is a sit down restaurant, Chinese and other hot food options, as well as home style cooking prepared meals to take home. Bakery, flower shop, pharmacy, many choices of fresh baked breads. Store carries a big variety of food items that are geared towards specialty diets; sugar free, gluten free, organic. Often have food related classes.

We drive 200 miles round trip to be able to grocery shop at Hy-Vee. This time we were interested in the seafood as Lent was coming up. I lived in Omaha for 25 years so the one thing I really miss is Hy-Vee

Just a surprisingly wonderful place to shop! Besides the usual grocery items, they have an incredible array of hot foods, cheeses and assorted baked goods you won't find at other grocery stores and even other Hyvees! Plus a Mark Wahlberg eatery.

The Stacy Lane store is my go-to. It's close to where I live, I've liked and used the pharmacy there for years.
I have a pretty good idea where everything is and I recently asked for and got a store directory. So, when I make my shopping list I write the aisle number next to the hard-to-find items.
Makes the trip go faster.
Love the checkers and the crew.
Downside, the people doing the "aisles" picking for the folks who will drive up for their groceries, need to be more aware of those of us doing our own shopping. They often "get in the way."

I love HyVee, wish they would let us show our puppies by the curb tho, we always draw a big crowd to see them

Popped in to but some steaks. Their meat selection is fantastic and the meat counter service is great!

I got right over to the meat department because I called and asked if they had some baby back ribs still on special and they saved them back for me

They have all you need in one stop great selection of food set down carry out .fresh fruit vegetables

Very neat and organized. Love there fresh bread. Wahl burgers is a great place to eat located inside.

This place is massive. You can probably find whatever groceries you need here. Has natural and organic foods

The pharmacy employees are great! They go above and beyond to help the customer. The girls at the little Chinese restaurant are super. Always friendly and smiling.

Great place to shop. Produce and meat departments are very good. I try to take advantage of the Fuel Saver specials.

Always clean & has a huge variety ~ love the sales & prices are decent

It's worth driving across town to get groceries, and isn't full of Walmart weirdos.

I LOVE this store. I don't think I have ever said that about a grocery store...but there you have it. So much variety, good prices and great staff. Not to mention the Cafe and Walburgers!!! What more could one ask for?
