Amazing food and service. We sat at the sushi bar to watch the rolls made. The food was fresh, authentic, and the sushi chef knowledgeable. Jordan was a great server.

The food and service is always amazing!! Bachtiar our server always goes above and beyond for us. We highly recommend Kyoto. *chopsticks were brought from home*

The Hibachi Experience!

If you are looking for a bit extra for your evening meal, this is an excellent choice. Excellent food and great inclusive entertainment at the Hibachi area!

Details:
We ended up here on a week night about an hour before closing time. The crew was very polite from beginning to end, and we only had to wait a minute or two to be seated in the Hibachi area.

We had a wide variety of orders for the chef - from chicken to shrimp to steak, and a few appetizers as well. (Crab Rangoon was pretty good!)

Our chef was excellent, very good at his job of cooking, but also hilarious and very interactive with all of us at the table.

The fried rice and vegetables were the best I have had at a Hibachi place - I think it may be because of the fresh garlic they added in while cooking! Shrimp was excellent, and everyone else commented on how delicious everything was.

Note that this is an expensive dinner - $25 or so for a meal - but it includes the salad, soup, rice, veggies, meat choice, and a couple of shrimp! Everyone has leftovers at the end, so plan on two meals from that price.

Come during the week for lunch specials if you are looking to save some money and still get the experience.

We ate in the dining room area, but could still hear the goings on in the hibachi grill area, which was fine with us, but if that's not your thing you could ask for a table that was further away. Food was excellent, very fresh and served very quickly. Waitress was attentive to our needs.

Kodir has been our server every time we have visited. He is very kind, makes the family laugh and is attentive as we enjoy our meal. We showed him a picture of our last platter this evening and he knew every roll so we could order them again. Excellent service, food and atmosphere!

It was our first time at Kyoto, the place was very busy on a week night. The staff were almost on the run doing their best to keep up with everything. The menu has a lot to pick from, I would say that everyone could find something on the menu they would enjoy.

I love this restaurant, their sushi are fresh and mouth savoring , we enjoy everything we ordered, and very delicious, sashimi are fresh, the staffs are very good too.. The restaurant is clean , we highly recommend if you are in the area.

For being almost smack dab in the center of the country the fish is fresh and the service was great . We had some sashimi and a godzilla 🐲 roll and both were delicious 😋

A wonderful place for hibachi and sushi! The food is wonderful and fresh, and the service is top notch. The chef had an overflowing sense of humor and great skill. He did all kinds of entertaining tricks while he was cooking as well.

Was visiting the city to help family and they brought me here. This was both the first time I ate hibachi style cooking as well as the first time I drank sake. Good atmosphere, though I would like to try the rest of the menu in the future

Great service, and WONDERFUL sushi.

A stellar go to place for the best sushi around. Not just sushi but amazing food period. The atmosphere is also very pleasant and waitstaff excellent! Highly recommend for a special date night or special celebration lunch or dinner location!

It is always so nice to go here. The atmosphere is lovely and calming and the food amazing. And if you are like me and don't really like fish there veggie sushi combo is great as well as their fried rice and habatchi grill.

A great spot to eat in Kearney. They have hibachi tables as well as a normal sit-down menu, and we were thoroughly impressed by our choices we made for dinner (sit down). The chicken fried rice and bento box were both amazing and a great value. The crab rangoon was good too! Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful as well. Don't miss out on this spot!

Ever been to a hibachi grill? No? Then I highly suggest at least trying it once. The show they put on is amazing, the food is amazing, and atmosphere speaks volumes of the great restaurant.

Sushi bar was a great! We ordered a Phoenix Roll and a Pretty Alaskan Roll, both were delicious! Perfect date night

Had so much fun, the grandkids loved watching and interacting with our chef. Food was amazing as always, they even got the 16 year old birthday boy to interact, which is a miracle in itself!!! Thank you again for an amazing time!

Their sushi is phenomenal. I tried the Omega 3 roll and am OBSESSED! It has salmon and mango and is just straight up amazing. We also really love I think it's called the Shaggy Dog roll (we've tried a good amount of them and they are all excellent). My current favorite is the Pretty Alaska Roll. We have also done the hibachi in the past and it is delicious and great entertainment!
