Definitely worth the money especially if you have kids. Comfortable beds. An indoor pool with a hot tub and water park. A mini arcade and awesome restaurant. Legit the best restaurant for a hotel I have ever been too. Kids eat free. Love this place and if we are ever traveling through here, will stay here again. Kids and parents give this place 5 stars.

Great place, awesome accommodating staff. They tried their hardest to make sure everyone was pleased. Our room was next to the elevator and we never heard it once in the week we stayed with a couple hundred other Falconers. The staff seemed to be everywhere checking things or just simply picking up a piece of trash. Staff members always had smiles on their faces and said hello when passing by. Everything you did for the event was awesome!!! Great Job!

The rooms are nice and comfortable. It’s right off the interstate and has plenty of parking. It’s a huge hotel so rooms were available. Great staff.. I will say- One star marked off of the room category for the complexity of finding the stairs to the rooms. You’d think it would be easy, but it’s like an MC Escher drawing and I wandered in the big square at 1 am for 20 mins because I didn’t want to have to ask- then I asked and the front desk staff member graciously helped me find the right staircase to the section I was in. I’d suggest more signage to direct a sleepy person to a section. Elevator was being worked on so stairs were it. Other than that- quiet and comfortable as you expect from Holiday Inn!

My family and I were on a road trip and needed to pull of the the night. It was the best last minute decision we could have made. The rooms were very clean, the staff was extremely pleasant. The whole family enjoyed the indoor water park and they even gave us a discount on the restaurant that is attached. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here.

This was a nice stop, clean and nicely designed rooms. It appears that they have expanded over the years. There are windows that face the hallways in the rooms and seemingly many hallways, although not all rooms are like that mine was not. Good price and a pool with two water slides and an arcade with decent games that work. Fun on a long trip!

The service here was my absolute favorite part. The staff were so kind our entire stay! They answered questions and helped fix a broken room key with friendliness. They also answered questions about the area and recommended some things to check out before we left. The ladies at the front desk in the evening and morning were both great.

The water center is really nice. It is smaller than you'd expect from the pictures, but they have a life guard. I love that they have a life guard on duty! They also have slides, some small ones for the little kids and some bigger ones for everyone else. We had so much fun swimming and sliding.

They also had so much parking. It was nice to get a good spot near our entrance even after we came back for the night.

Overall, we had a great time. Would recommend to people with kids!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! My kids thought it was so fancy! The rooms were very clean and spacious. The best part was the pool area with the fun slides and toddler area. Overall the pool was very small, definitely don’t recommend for adults but for kids it was great!

This was a great hotel! We only had to stay for one night because we are traveling across the country to move. The room was clean. Service at the front desk was great. Breakfast was nice. And the hot tub was awesome! Easy location near the interstate!

The kids loved the pool and the extra water slides and features! The restaurant was delicious and they even gave us coupons for discounts there. Breakfast was grab and go but included a breakfast sandwich, fruit, muffin, yogurt and a full water bottle per person. Quite impressive for grab and go!

Very Nice!
Clean hotel, modern rooms, exciting waterslides, convenient and safe location, great food at attached restaurant, and friendly staff.

The indoor waterpark features two fast and fun waterslides, a comfortable hot tub, a small and enjoyable pool, a childrens' splash pad, and a friendly and accommodating staff.

If you are staying with a family and want to enjoy a waterpark, then this hotel may provide better value than neighboring hotels.

This hotel is fantastic! The water park was well maintained and my kids had a blast. There is stuff for kids off all ages. I was worried about the bagged/togo breakfast, but they really set us up nicely. Breakfast included a breakfast sandwich, fruit cup, water, muffin and a yogurt. Our room was clean and well maintained.

I was there for a convention. I stayed across the street to get my Wyndham points. Otherwise, it is a very nice motel.

We had a great time. Second time being there. They did a lot of renovations which only made it better. All kids had fun and I have kids from all ages. It was a nice getaway for our family.

Could use some signs of where the room numbers are. Some halls don't have them. So people were getting lost. Had to show 2 families where their rooms are (which really I only knew the layout because we were there years ago and knew where things were)

This was such a fun surprise on our road trip! The people who work here are so kind and the water park was unbelievably fun for our family of five. This is a great stop and we will definitely be back!

Plenty of parking for our 26 ft moving truck and car tower. I don't expect alot or want much conversation at a late night check-in, but check -in guy needs to smile more and work on his greeting...his "Thank you for being a Diamond Elite" reminded me of a child apologizing for something he really isn't sorry for... but it was late and I'm sure he was tired. Room was very clean and well stocked. Buzzing noise came from the dorm fridge but we just unplugged it until we left the next morning. Room was quiet and had a great sleep. Morning staff was super friendly and I also wish I'd had more time to shop at the adorable Boutique just off the lobby! Disappointed all we had for breakfast was a grab and go. I ate the yogurt and appreciated the fresh coffee. Would prefer a hot breakfast, but I'd be glad to stay at this hotel again because room cleanliness and comfort is my first priority.

Absolutely wonderful. Lindzey (I believe she had a z in the name) at the front desk was incredible. So friendly!! We have two small kids and the rooms were great, all staff were so kind ( including the lady who ran the little shop by the lobby). We will definitely be staying again on our way back through.

We enjoyed our Thursday night stay here. The lobby is very comfy and modern. We played Chess and Scrabble on impulse. There is a large classy table for groups and smaller groupings of sofas and chairs for a few people to hang out together. I loved the small, wheeled stools/ottomans that can be added seating to any area.

The hallways are a bit odd. The ceilings are less than 7' high. A lot of rooms have a large window overlooking the hallway, however, they do have curtains and shades. It is easy to become turned around. Not every intersection has a sign to point the way and the rooms are not numbered in the usual hotel way.

Our room was very clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap were nice Dove products. The hot water was never ending;) I enjoyed the shower-space-increasing curved shower curtain bar with the fancy cloth shower curtains. There was a hairdryer.

The pillows and linens on the beds were nice. I would suggest to the cleaning staff to fold the flat sheet over the comforter a little. 3 out of 4 of us didn't realize there was a flat sheet available. The mattresses were comfortable but might need replacing soon as they were a bit worn.

Our room had a desk with chair, comfy chair, microwave, little refridgerator, a bench, and coat hooks (nice touch!). I LOVED that they provide an extra plastic bag for your convenience. We are always looking for one for dirty clothes, wet swim suits, or trash.

The pool is not really a "swimming" pool. There are two large water slides which dump into a 3 to 4 foot pool. You have to be 48" to ride the yellow slide and 42" to ride the green slide which is quite a bit slower. The signs say to exit the pool immediately after you reach the bottom of the slide. Our lifeguard was letting people hang out a safe distance from the slides. I'm not sure this is always the case. For 20 minutes out of every hour, the slides are closed and the small pool at their end is open for playing. There were a bunch of balls for everyone to use. There is a separate area for children under 42" to play. The water here is wading depth and there is a little slide. While we were there the hours were 830a to 10p.

Breakfast is bagged. Today ours included a Jimmy Dean sausage and egg breakfast sandwich (needs to be microwaved for 45 sec), a small yogurt, a fruit cup, a small muffin, and a bottle of water. Plenty of food but we were surprised breakfast was not a warm affair.

There is a restraunt attached to the hotel and guest receive a coupon for 10% off. However, it closed at 9p. We tried a few places close by, however, on a Thursday night, many had closed already.

We took the city scooters to Fyre in another hotel.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
