Motel 6 Kearney, NE

I am writing this to ensure that if anyone has any reservations about the quality of this motel you shouldn't. I stayed here with my wife, son, and fur babies and this was by far the best place to stay with our dogs. The staff was so nice and friendly towards all of us and loved our pups. the rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Bathrooms were also very clean and if we needed anything the staff was very accommodating. I recommend this motel to anyone looking for some where to stay in the Kearney area weather its while traveling by or just wanting to spend time in the Kearney with family and friends.

Booked a room with this Motel 6 for a business trip and this is by far the best and cleanest Motel 6 I have ever stayed in for work. Room was clean and sparkling. The young man who was working the front desk was very kind and energetic who deserves a raise. The next morning when checking our I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager who is beyond friendly and kind. I will 1,000,000,000% be rebooking this motel again for future trips. Thank you to the staff and management for a great experience.

I stayed one night at the Motel 6 in Kearney, NE as I was driving across the state. The price is right. The room was spotless. The motel looks like it was newly remodeled--everything was clean and beautiful. The front desk was friendly. Lots of restaurants within three minutes by car. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed here on our way to Iowa and our way back home to Colorado. Overall great value for the money. It's a Motel 6, so nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly. I can't remember the name of the person working with front desk on Saturday evening, November 25th, but he was especially friendly.

I normally don't stay at Motel 6 because of past bad experiences with them, but after reading several great reviews for this location, we took a chance. Glad we did. We will likely be staying here every time we take a trip to Iowa to visit family.

It was great! 6 minutes to everything you need and don't. Lol staff friendly lots of smiles to help brighten your day away from home. Very clean. Needs new pillows but that's an easy fix.

Great place to stop. Pet friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and properly cat-proof; when it's time to go there are no inaccessible spots.

This was by far the best motel 6 I've stayed in! Super friendly staff. Rooms were great! Able to access Netflix on the TV, which was great for my kiddo, pet friendly, and very sweet to my dog! Food places within walking distance as well! Overall, had a fantastic stay here!

The pillows were sad, but everything else was great! Perfect for an overnight stop while on the road.
If you want to plug in your cell phone next to the bed, though be prepared to get on your knees to find the socket under the attached to the wall night side stand.
The bed was good, the shower was great.
Everything was super cute.
Even the shower was a cute little triangle, though I'm not keen on where the drain stopper is; its easy to step on or kick with your foot.

well surprise surprise!
motel 6 was super clean and comfortable not what I was expecting at all from motel 6. These guys have changed my mind about the chain so who ever is in charge at headquarters could take notes from these guys here in Kearney.
The check in staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and orderly, television worked perfectly, shower was spotless. I was in n out of here in less than 8 hours but slept pretty good and felt very safe. Great Job you guys !!

Great simple motel, nice area to walk my dog after a long days drive

It may be cheap, but it's not sketchy at all. Just a basic bare bones hotel room with a bed, some shelves, and a bathroom. Perfect for an overnight stay. The bed was simple with no throw pillows, and I slept great. They don't serve breakfast, but there is breakfast places nearby so that's not too big of a deal. The front desk was super nice, and if you forget something like shampoo, they have it at the desk.

This is one of my favorite Motel 6. I've never had any issues with this hotel and I've learned from the past book this one early. All the hotels in this town fill up fast.

Decent hotel near I-80. It was super easy to get to and quick to check in. The room wasn't huge and a bit moist but the AC worked wel, there was lots of desk space and a mini fridge. It was fine for the one night we stayed. There are lots of places to eat nearby.

A clean, basic room for a good price. Good lighting outside and lots of grass for dog walking.

We have used this motel for years. I was one of the first customers when they open, years ago. This is one of the best Motel 6's ever. A girl named Rachel, was on duty this last time. A wonderful girl. She was so pleasant and nice .

Everything went great from the cheerful girl at check-in to our clean room with shower, sink, and toilet working just like they should. If I Kearney again I know where I'm staying.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious and clean. Great water pressure and the staff was friendly and polite. Easy location to get to. Absolutely the best price in town.

The chairs were not comfortable. At all. There was a microwave and refrigerator but no coffee pot. The TV is wall-mounted but you can't swivel it, so you can't see it from the desk. I had to unplug the microwave to plug in my phone charger, there are no extra sockets.

Rooms are good basic and clean. Manager helped me out when we discovered that the battery in my vehicle was dead. I could not get to my jumper cables because they were buried in back of vehicle under suit cases and could not open back hatch because it had no power. She had some one get jumper cables and used her car to jump my car. It started and we were back on the road.

Great price and very clean room and bathroom.
I checken in late night and straight to bed, so I'm sorry, no pictures.
But will come back fo sure. Keep up the quality.

Easy to find. Close to restaurants (including Runza!!). Very clean. Probably best Motel 6 I have stayed in other than constant running in room above us!!!!
