Best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle. Went to the dealership to look at a used Ford truck about half an hour prior to close on my way home from work. I had been looking for a specific configuration of F150 for several weeks and I couldn’t believe they had one at a such a great price point. Jay took me out for a quick test drive regardless of knowing we wouldn’t get a deal done that day because I didn’t have my trade-in along. I told them I was a serious buyer and would be in the following day to finish a deal. The sales manager gave me a rough approximation of my trade value that I thought was fair and put a hold on the truck. The next day I filled out paperwork for financing in the morning at my office. I went to the dealership in the afternoon and was in and out with my new truck in about an hour. Truck is immaculate, new oil, new tires, and they had all of the service records. They got me a better rate than my CU offered, through GM. I likely won’t return for service because I bought Ford, but I would definitely buy another truck from this crew.

I had the best experience with Merit Chevrolet! I am from the Omaha area and was looking for a Beetle for two weeks. Jerry was able to provide me with all the information I needed within the same hour of the car being posted. He was so helpful and answered all my questions throughout the entire process, which I valued as I am located 5.5 hours away from the dealership. Jerry and Chad made the buying process so easy and stress free for me, which is pretty incredible considering I was purchasing it out-of-state and sight unseen. The salesman, Jerry, did not pressure us into buying a car! He suggested that I drive two cars. The first one was to see if I liked driving the vehicle and the second one was the car that I thought I was going to buy. He allowed us to drive it without him so we could talk about the car privately. And when we went to pick up the car, he spent a lot of time showing what each button was for! And the loan officer, Jason, found us a company that had better interest rate compares to our own bank!! Very caring people work there!!

My 2020 AWD Trax developed a leak in the rear differential as identified by Goodyear during a new tire purchase and free inspection. Took it to Mauer Main Chev in Anoka by appointment. they contacted me 6 hours later with "Great news, your leak is only a seap and does not require repairs at this time". My reaction was "Wait what? You want me to wait until my drivetrain warranty is expired and then come back to pay out of pocket for more expensive repairs? There's a puddle forming on my garage floor". They just said sorry, we don't qualify it as a leak at this time. Took it to Merit Chev in Maplewood next and they fixed the issues less any questioning and also helped me find the best discounts/cost savings. Merit restored my faith in GM and why I purchased my vehicle brand new from them in the first place.

Chuck is always so pleasant to work with. Is definitely honest about what is necessary and explains things in a way I understand. Keeps me updated and always willing to make things work! I drive 3 hours to come here because I can trust things will be done correctly.

In and out in 30 minutes. Fixed my front passenger panel over tire. Temporary fix but at least I can open my door. Excellent experience

Brought my mother in-laws 2020 Cadillac for oil change.. Jessica suggested a tire rotation, and an inspection which found The battery was going bad and will be fixing this next week. Jessica is awesome service person and I will always go back because I trust your judgment and she has never let me down.

I dropped my car off and explained the issue I was having with my car. The shuttle driver took me home. I was updated on the status mid-day and the car was ready shortly thereafter. Shuttle driver picked me up and my car was waiting for me. They fixed my issue first time. Friendly and professional staff. I will definitely go back if I ever have any issues.
