Cub - St. Paul Sun Ray

I want to give a shout out to the employees at this store! I managed to leave my wallet in the shopping cart in the parking lot and didn’t even realize it was gone till about a half hour later. In full panic of course I hop back in the car and call the store. The wonderful loss prevention guy, had someone go check the cats in the corral’s and lot. Was about to start reviewing security footage when an employee found it. I know this area, and the fact that they immediately started searching for it is probably the reason I got it back. I even offered a reward since even the cash was never touched. He refused it and just asked me to leave a review. Thank you so much, I had actually just returned to work after a year on disability and still struggling with bills, you have no idea how grateful I am for your help.

I walked in here one morning last week and I was amazed at how well-stocked and orderly the store was. Every shelf was fronted and full. The store was immaculately clean. This store surprised me in a good way.

Jakiyah is top notch customer service! She always greets you with a big smile and a how are you today! She went above and beyond interacting with my boyfriend and I! She made our weekly grocery shopping a positive one! We left with a big smile on our faces! Thank you so much Jakiyah hope to see ya next week!

Very friendly customer service and a very clean store

I was walking up to self check out and my one year old was having a fit. Being a new mom it isn't easy to make grocery store runs with a toddler most of of time. Yesterday the cashier over self check out, Shannon, was an angel. She played with my son distracting him from his normal grocery store screaming routine. She was still able to assist other customers all while keeping my son engaged. I will forever be grateful for the wonderful customer experience she gave to me and my son. This location will be my go to for all things thanks to her!

Tonight was the first night my fiance and I have been to this cub, we are staying in a hotel while in town, very good customer service employees, prices are low to about average. People are friendly, and all the fruits and vegetables look so fresh and smell amazing, bought starwberries and raspberries and they tasted amazing in our salad. 🙄

I have to comment on their m&m cookies as well as others I've tried from their bakery. I've tried Hyvee and Target cookies. I've decided I'll always go back to Cubs. They really use the best dough and they taste the best.

In regards to the previous review, not sure why someone would sue over a lost wallet. Anyway- this location is a bit outdated, but slowly moving up with the rest of the cub foods. They always have a huge variety of foods and you can always find the things advertised on tv at Cub. They recently updated the doughnut area and the signing above the fruits and veggies is looking a lot nicer. The staff is typically friendly, not too chatty and they always say thank you & are willing to help if there is something you can't find. I have been shopping at this location for 6 years now and this is definitely my store of choice in the area. Good pricing, awesome sales, nice coupons.. can't go wrong here.

Love my cub, now that the one on arcade is a sunworld market place this is where I go to shop, most of the staff has transferred here so that makes me happy, Karen is awesome manager, an ugean is my favorite cashier! An the deli people are skilled professionals, there bakery is so attentive I can't thank them enough they made me my birthday cake an I was late putting my order in but was sure it was still ready for me, the fresh produce guy is always there with a smile an warm welcome,
It takes a team to run a great store so thankyou to all the staff, your hard work really show's I see it every time I shop, I highly recommend this Cub Foods, stop in an see for yourselves you'll love it!

Chris who works at the deli takes care of me and my mom everytime she loves the chicken tenders from cub. i love coming to this cub amazing service and very friendly.. thank u Chris!!

I signed up for the Cub Card immediately after moving to Saint Paul. It was really easy, it was effective immediately, and the prices were automatically lower on a lot of the products. Also, you earn points at Holiday gas stations.

Currently under a renovation, new customer service is under construction, but the self checkout has The best FINAL TOUCH.

Good place to do purchases of veggies fruits variety of snacks, milk cheese and what not

I don't get over to this Cub that often but it is a good store. They are well stocked and it's easy to find what I need.

Excellent variety of well priced food. There is a good bakery. Good sales with in store specials.

Cub food is a great grocery store to buy food from and the staff are awesome,very helpful and I love shopping there,reasonable food prices.
