Multiserve Insurance

Kim has been an excellent agent for our home and auto insurance. She was able to help us save thousands of dollars by helping us switch auto insurance. She called recently to let us know that there will be a change to our home owners insurance regarding our roof and it was nice to know about the change instead of being completely unaware. She's very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her!

Lindsay Critchfield has been fantastic to work with us this whole time, educating us about insurance and helping us acquire and maintain appropriate coverages during the many stages we’ve gone through. This is a review of one person at Multiserve: Kim S. She has been our home/business/auto agent for a couple of decades, and the woman knows her business. She has become a personal friend through the professional relationship. They always want you, these insurance companies that advertise of TV, to think you'll be in "good hands" with them, but Kim is the real deal. She knows us, knows the business, knows our needs, and makes sure we are safely covered. There are other agents at the place I don't want to do business with (not ALL the other agents, just one or two who I don't trust and whose lives show they are personally irresponsible - I know these things about them because my daughter worked at the office for a while - agents are agents - each is different, even in the same office. Kim has never said a word about them). Kim is totally honest. Totally real. She's been there for us, like I say, over about fifteen to twenty years. I love working with people I can depend on.

If you want a great agent get a quote from Sarah P. She is friendly and knows her stuff. Ask for her like I did and she will take care of you!

Need Insurance on anything Multiserve Insurance is the best 💕

Not helpful. My last several experiences with them (& by default Bear River) have been less than favorable. It is all about how much can we charge you & not give you any benefit with them. I will be looking to move all of my policies of the last 20 years elsewhere. I even had the Bear River adjuster tell me to contact my own insurance company & not bother him when I asked questions after getting hit by another driver with the same insurance company. A horrible experience!!!

I would not recommend having Lindsey as an insurance agent. She was nothing but a headache. I had called to get a quote and it took Lindsey the next day to provide me a quote. Something I found strange because most insurance agency provide instant quotes over the phone, but it didn't bother me. I took the quote. She calls later on the day telling me she forgot to get my VIN number. Not a big deal. Next day, I see my account was charged for an amount much higher than what she gave me. I emailed her requesting an explanation. Several days passed and not a single email nor mail from the insurance. When I finally do get mail, it's a bill for an additional exaggerated amount when I had paid six months in advance. I email her again regarding the fact that I never received an I.D. Card , but instead a bill. She responded by telling me she didn't know what happened but was nice enough to email my ID card. A week later, still nothing back from her regarding the high premium and additional installment bill. I finally took initiative and called the insurance directly to find out what happened. It turned out that Lindsey had added discounts that didn't apply to me and never submitted the supposed required documentation on time so, obviously, the insurance premium went higher. I was livid and cancelled through the insurance agency and multiserve. Then I waited patiently for my refund check. After about two or so weeks I called the insurance directly to inquire about the refund check status. It turned out that the address they had on file had been incorrect and everything had been returned to sender. They instructed me to contact Multiserve and correct it with them. I emailed Lindsey my correct address. She replied by saying it was not true and that my correct address was the one she had on file. More days pass and still no check. I called Multiserve again and requested a different agent who read me the wrong address on my file and told me my refund check was about to be returned to sender. So thats my experience. To me, she was completely incompetent and too lazy to even check a simple request like verifying the address on my account. She didn't even tell me why I was charged off the wall herself. I had to do the work. I'm sure the other agents are fine, but be wary of her.

I tried to get a quote from them. The staff was very rude and blunt. It's very unpleasant to talk to. The worst insurance agent. Why I need to give them business?!!!! Stay away from them. Terrible!!!
