I cannot recommend Krissy and Cleanse MN enough. I feel so much better physically after each session. The trickle down effect is also very important to note. Ever since starting a cleanse routine, I find myself eating healthier before the cleanse and eating healthier long after because I want to keep the un-bloated, flatter stomach, healthier state for longer. Adding these cleanses to my monthly routine is one of the best things I’ve done for my health in a very long time. I could not recommend Krissy and this closed system cleanse more! Love it!

Krissy is amazing and made my first appointment very comfortable and she connected with me in some knowledge to be able to reset my colon health. I felt absolutely lighter more energy and went straight to work normal, it was great to release some of the toxins in my body, but i will definitely go back in 2 weeks after my birthday vacation, also her Birthday is tomorrow and I want to wish my fellow Aries the happiest Birthday ever!
