Easy as pie.. You go in get a number & wait for them to call your number.. Waiting depends on how many people are there. Earlier in the day is usually faster, or a couple of hours before they close. Very helpful & very patient if your patient with them..

Officers Myers was SUPER helpful!! I was a victim of identity theft (which had never happened before) He showed me different ways to monitor my information and provided other resources. Pretty unsettling event, but he was great!

What to do when a loved one goes missing? Call the police. I can't tell you how much they did to track down my mothers location today and found her safe, thank you officers! Courtesy call? Absolutely great detective work! Mom left her cell phone at home and just up and left well knowing I was on the way. Missed her by 5 minutes and was seen leaving with someone I didn't know. They took her cell phone and tracked her latest calls and contacted the person who knew of her whereabouts. God Bless our BROTHERS and SISTERS in BLUE! Safe at home tonight with my deepest thanks!

Relatively quick for a DMV excursion. The person who assisted me was awesome.

As a resident of Woodbury I have had at least four encounters with the Police Department. In each instance the officers involved have been professional, courteous and VERY helpful. One of these instances involved my receiving a citation and even then I was impressed by the integrity with which the officer performed their duty. I appreciate and support the difficult work the department of public safety performs on a daily basis. Woodbury would not be the safe and comfortable place I call home without their efforts.

I'm starting to think the police officers of Woodbury will know me on a first name basis, considering I was pulled over 3 days in a row by 3 different officers. First, forgot to use my blinker, second-sliding(I couldn't stop when it was snowing and the roads were bad),and the third - suspected stolen car. Lol the 3rd time we had a good laugh because I told him about the first 2 times. All of which these guys were very respectful knowledgeable and each one taught me something in regards to why I was pulled over. Also easy on the eyes ;) Having peace of mind in your community unfortunately isn't common but I can definitely say it is here! Thanks to all.

Kudos to our dispatchers, police officers and fire department employees here in Woodbury! My husband and I were downstairs when we heard a loud boom in our laundry room, followed by strong burnt smell. I immediately contacted non-emergency, who responded in a short period of time (about 5 minutes). They came to check it out and everything checked out okay, thank goodness. From the dispatcher that I spoke with on the phone to those who came to check out the situation were simply amazing! We had to wake up and bring our 3 small children out of the house for a short time, and they were terrified! The police officer gave them stickers and the firemen assured them and us that all was okay! This was all in the -10/-20 degree temps. Thank you for all that you do for us! We appreciate all of you and your hard work!!

Our apologies for the tardiness of this review...A couple of weeks ago, our alarm system sounded in the middle of the night. Needless to say, it was a very nerve wracking event. The alarm company called the Woodbury Police, who responded with Officers Mike and Luke. They took the time to walk around the outside and inside of our home to assure us that there was no attempted break-in and that nobody else was in our house. Police officers form that thin blue line between the everyday citizen and potential chaos, and Officers Luke and Mike did that very thing for us. You, gentlemen, are in our prayers, as well as all first responders. It is a job that many people do not appreciate until needed. There will always be a cup of coffee, soda, water or just a place to rest at our home for the Woodbury Police, Fire and EMS.

Mina escaped the house on Christmas Day. We did not realize it until I returned home from work on Wednesday, after searching the house we realized she was gone.

We posted lost and found flyers in the neighborhood and with the animal humane society.

Today, I received 2 texts from neighbors stating that Mina was found and at the Humane Society.

I was so surprised when I heard that Woodbury police officers picked her up while on patrol.

Thank you Woodbury Police department, saved my day! Was locked out of my car during negative temperatures and was promptly helped by an officer. My insurance would have taken hours to get there, I had to wait over 20 min on the phone just to speak to a person.

Just read the story of the officer helping out a woman with food instead of citing her. It made me cry. So rare to read stories like this. Your dept. should be proud. I will always think of Woodbury’s Police dept. as a caring dept.

Thanks Officer schmidt for your valuable assistance this morning. Respectful, professional and caring. This morning had a health problem driving to work at Hudson Wisconsin. I called 911. The first person that arrived was officer schmidt. He took over the situation. And patiently help me with my health issue . Thanks officer schmidt, may the Lord Jesus bless you greatly!

CALLIE K CAME AND UNLOCKED OUR CAR FOR US SHE WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE AND QUCIK AT DOING SO. MY ONE CRITICISM IS THE DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO UPDATE THE OFFICERS MAP. SHE HAD HARD TIME FINDING US WITH THE CONSTRUCTION ON HUDSON ROAD AND SETTLER'S RIDGE PARKWAY. WE WERE A NON EMERGENCY VISIT BUT HEAVE FORBID IT WAS A REAL EMERGENCY AND THEY COULDNT FIND THE CORRECT LOCATION.

I had made a previous review about a traffic hit and run in which a kid ran a red light since and I was upset for feeling like I was getting no help and they just believed a person who would do that but after the evidence was discovered the police were very helpful and revised their report so thanks Officer Koehn
