Absolutely love it here! Chelsea is such an amazing individual, super helpful, very professional, and very kind. The environment is very cozy and welcoming. I got a shake and a tea and they were both delicious, I will be returning!

First time stopping in this morning. Greeted very warmly from lady and she helped explain what the menu was and combos. My very first time in place like this one. I grabbed a chocolate peanut butter banana very delicious. Also grabbed a daily immunity drink. Thank you for taking time with me this morning and I’m so excited to stop back and try other flavors!

This was my first time coming to the Nutrition Cave in Woodbury and it’s definitely a 5/5 stars experience! Vickie and her husband were SO helpful in helping me pick out an amazing flavor combo. They were so kind and I can’t wait to come back and bring my husband!

There are so many different flavors to choose from and combinations to try. And everything I had was delicious! I highly recommend them for all your wellness treat needs!

A great place to get a energy tea & shake when on the go or after a workout. I had the salted nut caramel shake & Cave bomb tea. 😋

What a great place with a wonderful culture and community. Great family owned and family focused business with amazing employees. The two ladies working on Saturday morning truly went above and beyond. I’m sorry I couldn’t remember their names. Highly recommend and will tell everyone
