Vadym was incredibly helpful in helping my submit a phone claim. He went above and beyond to make the issue I needed resolved done quickly.

I had an appointment scheduled. Walked into the store and John helped me. My phone camera had a crack, I thought it was something they could fix in house. Instead I needed to fill out file claim and go through a 3rd party. John gave me instructions and basically walked me through the process. I know this was above and beyond what he needed to do but I have to say I truly appreciated it. Great service from John at AT&T

I purchased a new iPhone 14 pro max yesterday and Shaq helped me with the entire process. I had a blast and it was actually an enjoyable experience. I was very impressed with Shaq, his customer service, and his personality. I trusted him and that totally put me at ease. Please promote this guy! Thank you Shaq, I love my new phone.😊

After days of frustration, trying to manage my account online and via phone, the AT&T staff at this location took care of everything in a half an hour. They were incredible! I am adding them to my Christmas list!

I can't thank the Woodbury store and Jonathan and Edvin Morales especially for their hours of help cleaning up the mess on my account following going to a nearby non-corporate store. They listened, they proactively offered support and I am pretty sure they had nothing to gain as they were just cleaning up things sold to me by another store that I didn't want or need.

They also provided great consultation to me around solutions for an event I was leading in an area with not great Wi-Fi - their support and quick help was the only reason my event for hundreds of people was a success. Even though I live 45 minutes away, I won't go to any other store but AT&T Woodbury!

We walked into the store with a big mess that happened during activation with 2 of our iPhones. Davion, Stephen, Ervin and even Tommy who they called even though he had the day off were so incredibly kind, thoughtful, patient and most importantly HELPFUL. We will not go anywhere else from now on. These guys are rock stars! THANK YOU ALL!

I have been having a problem with my new AT&T service for six weeks. After multiple phone calls I finally went into the store and met with Sarah. She was amazing and professional. After a short time she worked to get my service working exactly as it should. Don’t know what I would have done without her. Sarah is great!
