I had a package that I ordered where the company sent it to my old address in Kearney. Everyone I spoke with at the company and the shipper told me that I had no options but to go to my old house (4 hours away) and talk with the new owners about getting my package. I called the Kearney Post office and spoke with Kelli who immediately found a solution, got my package when it came in and rerouted it to the right address. It is truly great to know that the dedicated post office employees are there to help and I am thankful for their service that I think most of us take for granted. Keep up the great work.

I’ve been mailing packages from here for 30years. Never had any issues. A package was missing once but the post master got things squared away easily even though it took time. I’m satisfied.

Have never had any bad experiences here. They even told me how to mail packages to my po box that UPS and FedEx refuse to deliver to the house and instead drop off at post office. This saves forwarding issues.

I had a near perfect experience going to this post office. The customer service was amazing, and I was in and out in minutes. As a small business owner, that is worth it's weight in gold.

People are saying negative things but not everyone's a winner. All post offices are run differently. I think this one is ran just fine, I like it. I'd love a job there.
