Preston was awesome!!! I had to change my appointment several times, but he didn't seem too bothered by that. I was very grateful he could accommodate my hectic schedule! He did not push me into buying an expensive mattress, but I liked the more expensive one anyway. He didn't have any box springs on hand and had to order it for my set. He was very friendly and courteous. I'm recommending him to all of my friends!
