I walked in and immediately ordered my food after my friend. It was a bit busy at the time so it took a bit but that was completely understandable. The workers were nice and the community atmosphere they seemed to be going for was nice I liked the little post it notes made by staff. I got A LOT of jelly in my drink and that’s exactly how I like it so props to them it was delicious!! So was the waffle!

It was my first time here and my experience was great!! The person making my order was very kind about my nut allergy and checked in with me to make sure everything was safe to eat. I ordered the berry bubble waffle and it tasted great, i will definitely be coming back !! (*^▽^*)

Tii Cup is our go-to for Boba Tea, with a wide selection of flavors and toppings, great staff, and a fun atmosphere. I always have a bit of a hard time deciding what to order, but each time I enjoy whatever I end up with, be it a standard Taro-Coco Milk Tea or something more adventurous like one of the seasonal flavors.

The staff is always nice and inviting and helpful with questions asked about the menu.

I loved the ease of ordering my drink. The flavor was good. I recieved my order quickly and the staff was friendly.

This place is the best boba in woodbury hands down, also some of the best boba I’ve had-chain wise- in MN!

They have good options and I appreciate the ube and taro flavors they have.

The only downside is there is a bit to be desired on the consistency. Some baristas do not make the tapioca the same way. BUT, when they do it the right way, it is absolutely stellar.

Update: lately the boba has been undercooked! I’m disappointed but still love this place.

Amazing bubble and milk tea! Make sure to try their creme brulee with golden milk.

Absolutely LOVE this place. It was my second time ever having boba, and I expressed to the girls working there that my first experience was at a fair and was awful. They walked me through each flavor they had, their personal favorites, and let me try samples of all of the specialty boba to be sure I would get something I like!! So kind and patient, and the boba was absolutely AMAZING. This definitely is a new favorite place of mine and I will be coming back!!

Love the avocado here. Best around. Other places nearby don’t do avocado.

I'm not a bubble tea connoseur, but I do enjoy it. As far as quality goes, it's alright. The selection is solid. The bubble waffle...not anything special.

But they are quick and the employees are kind and you can order ahead of time. So they get points for that.

Everyone who works here is really nice and helpful- especially if you’re new and don’t know how to order! The drinks are amazing, way better than Sencha or any other bubble tea I’ve had- my friends and I love this place!!

It was our first time getting boba, and they were very helpful. Something felt wrong with our order, but then again it was our first time going, so it was probably just us. I would definitely go again!!

Delicious bubble tea! I usually order less sweet as I feel the normal sweetness is way too sweet. Decent price as well, around 6$ for a large drink.

I have a Tii Cup near my house so when I see one while I'm out running errands, I have to stop. I just can't get enough of this place. The same person must hire all the staff because they're all so friendly and helpful with drink suggestions! When coming into Woodbury, they have post-it notes with all the barista's favorite drink orders - some of those combos I would have never thought of, such a cute idea!! I haven't had a drink that I don't love immediately. Roseville and Woodbury are now my go-to locations.

So much to choose from! Everything I've tried so far has been good. I do not drink tea and there are plenty of tasty options. My favorite has been Vietnamese Iced Coffee.

My go to place for boba. The staff are always very nice and helpful. The tea usually takes a little bit to get but it depends on how many people are there.

Super friendly staff. Amazing drinks. Just a heads up that this location doesn't serve the street food. Drinks, waffles, and biing are all delicious.

I'll stick with the traditional coolers next time. I tried the milk based drink and it was just okay.
