Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

We were there at 5:30 on a Wednesday. Pretty empty. Most of the staff was hustling but not all of them. The food was great. Our server was great. Easy to chat because it had a lot of empty tables. I do really like the lasagna there. Cheesy bread is also a big plus for me. My lasagna is all gone.

Went here after. Church this time we sent with a friend the chicken tenders have changed not for the better, the spaghetti with meat balls was good,

Our server Jaysa was such a doll! Always filled our drinks before they got empty, food came out promptly and looked great (thanks, cooks!), and we had a quick, nice lunch. She was the only server on the clock at the time, and she did fantastic! Friendly and polite. 😊

I lost power due to the storm. I decided Old Chicago was close. Ordered the Chicago 7 pizza. The service was excellent. My pizza was amazing. Highly recommend it

Pizza here is absolutely amazing! All the staff is awesome, kind, and hard working. I haven't tried much of the other items but I definitely will be going back. I highly recommend this place to anyone of all ages you won't be disappointed. I will post more updates when we visit again. Till then ✌&❤

My wife and I love the pizza. Our go to is jalapeño pretzel bites and beef, green pepper, and onion pizza on ale crust. Tonight is wasn't busy but they do a nice job getting your order out quickly. I eat here often... so obviously I would recommend it!

Love this place!! Went in for late lunch and enjoyed their pizza!! Great crust and toppings!! My wife got a salad and the food is amazing!! Gourmet vibe to it!!.Delicious!!

Italian nachos, spicy pepperoni pizza and a sangria and angry balls to finish it off. Kitchen service was a little slow but the manager addressed it himself! Will be back.

Really enjoyed our dining experience tonight. Excellent service and really like the Thai pizza. Side salads were good and dessert of high quality. Kona beer from the tap always nice.

Went for lunch. Service was good, and the food was good as well. Just what you expect in a decent chain restaurant. I like their cauliflower crust pizza.

Pan pizza was good. & the bbq wings were delicious.. it was empty when we arrived. Couldn’t understand why the service was not to par.. another table had to look for the server to pay.. !? Why?? It wasn’t that busy. We asked for a coke to go.. and the sever apparently found it to difficult to wipe the cup down. I think there was more soda on the outside of the cup than inside the cup. Seriously. There were only 3 tables to be attended too.

Hopefully next time the service will be back.

We love the atmosphere and the Tap TV trivia! So fun! Drinks are always great!

Great place to stop in and grab a beer from the tap or get a deep dish pizza.

Ate pizza (Meat Me) and drank a couple of beers at the bar. Fast service, cold beer, great pizza. 'Nuff said.

We placed our order online which said it would be ready by 8:34. My husband got there and waited for almost an hour all the while having the hostess come up to him twice asking what the name was on the order as well as one other person. I had to call and speak to the manager on duty (super upset at this point!) Madison was the on duty manager I spoke to, she was amazing! She got our order out right away and compensated us for the inconvenience! She took care of my issue right away, while still dealing with all the chaos that I could only imagine was going on due to them being short staffed! Great job Madison! You definitely deserve to hold the position you have if not more! Thanks again for the great customer service!!!!

Great food, however.....when we sat down in the bar, long table had a small group..maybe 7 people, 1 regular booth, and us, 3 people. The booth behind me hadn't been bussed, and the table behind the 3rd party in my group was dirty. A small group of 4 tried to sit at the dirty table...had to wait longer than I would have to get the crud off the seats...and just before they cleaned the booth, the booth behind me was FINALLY bussed. After paying, we left, and 2 staff members were at the door...PLAYING WITH THEIR CELL PHONES!!! There were maybe 6-7 tables in the restaurant area.
Now, I'm not in the food service industry, BUT your business might improve if people were supervised and trained...AND, above all...no cell phones while working....your business might actually improve!

Old Chicago is a great choice for a family meal or catching the game with a few beers. The wings (I particularly enjoy the Applewood BBQ) are great and pizza is always delicious!

The servers are generally great, and the menu changes occasionally so you don't get tired of the same old same old.

I'll admit it's been some time since my last visit to Old Chicago since I've had the kids. But everyone there did a really great job. The kids menus with the different pictures and choices really helped them order and the wife and I could enjoy our favorite pizza rolls.
Side note, the artichoke dip is really good with them.

Pizza was great and definitely plan to come back for a beer myself.
