Sew With Me

I love sew with me. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. When you walk in they are very eager to assist. The education you can sign up for is wonderful and they are knowledgeable. Laura has a wealth of knowledge in anything sewing and the products they sell. I marvel at how much she knows. I bought the newest Bernina 790

pro and absolutely love it. They offer support and welcome your questions. They also offer training when you buy your new machine as well as ongoing support.

The staff at the store is SO KNOWLEDGEABLE about their machines and products. They’ve been invaluable when I call with a question or problem. I’ve been sewing for over 56 years and learned more about thread, needles and the capabilities of my machine in their three classes for new owners than I knew before. The staff is friendly and fun-always helpful.

I chose to purchase a new Janome sewing machine mostly because of the amazing service & repair right in the shop. However I haven’t needed that yet! Their selection of fabric is wonderful as well as the shop girls to help choose the right fabrics. Sew With Me is a happy shop and they also will quilt your creations. I always leave with new ideas and some pretty fabric!!

The new store location in Lake Elmo is a combination of the former Woodbury and Stillwater locations. It is a large, beautifully arranged store and the hanging quilts are inspirational! I have found the current staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have purchased three Janome machines from Sew With Me. Very satisfied with my purchases and their cleaning services for my machines. Loved that they provided classes about the features of my machines. Their knowledge of the capabilities of my machines is amazing. I am always learning something new when I go in the store. I also take advantage of there long arm services. They have lots of choices for quilting designs so that each of my quilt projects are unique. They offer lots of classes on all aspects of quilting and sewing. Sew with Me is my go to fabric shop!

I dropped my serger off on Friday to be serviced and when I returned home yesterday (Tuesday), there was a message saying that it was complete and ready for pick up. That was fast. I enjoy going into the store: there is never any pressure to buy anything, the fabric and pattern selection is large and there is always something new. The staff is also wonderful, friendly and helpful.

Beautiful store with many selections of fabric. I bought my machines here and trust them totally to take care of them. Staff is helpful. I would recommend to anyone to shop here.

I've gone to Sew With Me for years and been very happy and satisfied with their fabric, notions, sewing machine maintenance, and long-arm quilting. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I think I've had a dozen or so quilts long-armed there, and really appreciate their suggestions for designs and threads, and love the quality of their work.

The staff is always the most helpful and knowledgeable people I have ever run across! Also the store is well stocked and beautiful fabrics to choose from!

I am a quilting newbie and feel so fortunate to have found Sew With Me!! Everyone has been so helpful and obviously passionate about quilting. The very well stocked store has tons of beautiful fabrics and threads and lots of quilting tools and sewing machines! There's an array of classes for beginners, those experienced, and classes for fun!

I have been shopping at Sew With Me for years. I bought a sewing machine, a sewing table, and tons of fabric and supplies. I like that they greet me by my name when I come in and that they are very helpful if I am looking for something specific. Lots of times I just go in to browse and they have a tons of samples, new tools, and fabric for me to look at. Sew With Me is a great quilting store!

Really enjoyed the quilting classes at this store, The quilting instructors were very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff were helpful with all of my quilting and embroidery questions. I was impressed with the inventory and the ability to purchase all of my quilting and embroidery supplies needed! Love this store!

I shop at the Lake Elmo Sew With Me store. It is a beautiful store, where I find everything I need, and if they don't have it (which is rare), they acquire for me if possible.
The staff there are always friendly , available and so very knowledgeable and creative! I have taken many classes there, and have learned a great deal.

I purchased my Janome machine almost a year ago and have been delighted ever since . The machine was very intimidating to me at first but I followed up with the 3 free classes and have since taken an embroidery class, Block of the month class, sewing with curves and a free motion quilting class. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and my understanding of my machine and my sewing skills have greatly improved. I feel like I learn a little something new each time I visit the store and it’s always been helpful to me.

I really enjoy going to this store, their selection of fabric is fantastic. They also have a lot of sewing supplies like machine feet, needles, etc. I have taken a class here and participated in the quilt race and both were a lot of fun. All of the employees are nice and friendly.

The staff is fabulous and welcoming. Laura knows so much about everything sewing. Things you didn’t know to ask. She is a great resource with threads, needles, fabric and all there is to know on Bernina and Janome as well as other machines. The ladies that teach the classes (Lisa and Laura) are so patient and willing to help even if you have to ask more than once. I love taking the classes and could never imagine learning as much as I have.

I like the selections of fabrics, notions, patterns, and pre-cuts. The advice I receive is always spot-on. I wished I lived closer so I could pop in every week.
