OFFLINE Store

Truly my favorite store! The quality of these clothes are top notch! The dressing rooms are large and spacious, the store is not too crowded. There is also a fun little mini golf hole! Also the decor was super cute and fun!

I am so happy they put a store in Woodbury. I love their clothes! My husband and my checkbook aren’t thrilled 😂 I was considering exchanging a pair of pants yesterday and went into try on a different size. I was greeted right away, and both employees i interacted with were really helpful and nice. I used to be a retail manager so I honestly don’t mind browsing by myself and don’t get upset if no one’s available to greet or help because I understand how it is and how busy people get, so I was actually really impressed that everyone was pretty attentive and helpful especially during the holiday season. I asked a question about a top I saw online, and they offered to help me order/find one because it was now clearance. I ended up keeping the pants I had, and buying a couple extra things instead. they had the pants to match the top I wanted, and I found the top on their site so I was able to order it myself from the dressing room but I appreciated they offered help.I’ll definitely be back to that store. I wish they sold short length in the store so that’s my only complaint I always have to order my pants online! They are very good about returns and exchanges, super easy process.
