This department resolved a complaint that I made to them in less than 24 hrs. I submitted the complaint an hour before closing and by noon these next day, they had investigated and mediated the situation. 🤗

I filed a complaint against Ehrilch Pest Control on 3/6/2022 .Got no acknowledgement.
Reminder was sent to the Consumer Affairs Office again on 7/7/2023.No acknowledgment and no response.It seems it is not only unresponsive department but also a department that could care less and is possibly incompetent.
