We have returned here to get 6 rooms full of luxury vinyl tile after doing our first floor with National about 4 years ago. Dean was informative and offered a customized buying experience. The installation was professional and management was on-site for feedback. The business manager, Amy was very knowledgeable and advised us of financing options. Now we have a home full of new flooring and we're very happy. They even adjusted their schedule to accommodate our family. I don't plan on going anywhere else...first rate all the way.

I bought 400 sq Ft of Luxury Vinyl Plank for a dining room, which I installed with the help of a friend. I'm really happy with the quality and price of the flooring, the price was much better than other places for the same material. The job came out great. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

After having a floor from another company put in and taken back out because we were so unsatisfied with it, we went to National Carpet Outlet. We worked with Matt who was friendly, patient, and very helpful. After our first experience, he was careful to give us all the time we needed to make a decision and he encouraged us to take home many samples. The two men that installed our floor were professional and very careful to clean up when finished. We will be using this company for our flooring needs. Thanks Matt. Love the floor!

These guys (specifically Sawyer) are amazing. Extremely reliable, they do a great job, and they're quick (without cutting corners). They've done a couple of my rental properties and each time I use them, I remember why they're the best flooring team around!

DONT HESITATE! If you are reading this, you have been well advised. We hired Ryan and his team last year (Aug 2022) to carpet our basement. They did a fantastic job and treated our property as if they were our managers - carefully moving the furniture around, coordinating with tenants, dusting and cleaning as they worked, sending pictures and updates... it was above and beyond ALL expectations. My husband paid their VERY reasonable quote, wrote a gleaming review, and that was that. But when this years thaw happened and hydrostatic pressure ruined their good work... THEY DID IT AGAIN! Ryan picked up and responded IMMEDIATLEY by assembling an amazing team of pipe-hitting flooring professionals that completely outplayed the expensive contracting by critically thinking and resource managing a semi-permanent out-of-the-box solution and saved their own carpet on our budgets behalf at the cost of the ruined pad! THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING. We cannot emphasize this enough... going with National is well worth the difference, whatever it may be. Ask for Ryan. It is so refreshing to have an absolute these days, and these guys are IT when it comes to flooring!

Awesome work, as always! I've been a customer of theirs for nearly 20 years, likely 8-9 projects so far. Always a great selection, knowledgeable staff, competitive pricing and most of all great installers. My installer (2nd time at my home) was timely, efficient and just experienced. Never do I worry about the install work I've had done especially by him, and even from others. Would recommend to others plus kudos to an owner who gives back to the community!

Working with Sawyer was a great experience! We were able to get our entire house measured and scheduled install within a week. They did amazing work and the house looks brand new. Highly recommend!!

The National Carpet Team did an Excellent job on a 3-bedroom apartment of mine. Pat detailed the job and the installers came in and removed old carpeting and replaced with new. A long time tenant will be signing another lease ! She's ecstatic about her new carpet as I am with the price & service ! I'll be hiring you guys for my next Carpet or Tile project !

We worked with Sawyer as our salesman. He communicates quickly and responds to your requests immediately. We replaced our entire first floor with a luxury vinyl tile that was beautiful! After the floor was installed , there was an area that was uneven and within a week it was corrected to our satisfaction with no questions asked. They were a joy to work with and I will be doing my future projects with them! I highly recommend them!

Jim and Mike are a great team for Price and installation. When looking to a discount store!!!😁 for Price and installation there is more than one person handling the sale. As a customer You, should know who is installing and who is selling. The entire store should not get a low impression if some else in the location messes up and your not doing your homework. So as only a good team can do they work hard to help fix the problem at hand. If the customer does their homework and asking alot of questions the process should flow easily. Great customer service follows through the entire sales process and touches base with all sides. Jim and his team does that!

Your salesman, Matt W., is a definite asset to your company. After poor service, lack of knowledge and ridiculous delays from a large chain, we came here due to a recommendation. The installer, Matt, did a phenomenal job. We are so pleased, thank you!
