I have been a State Farm customer since I was 18 years old, I'm now on my mid 60's. Of all the agent I've had over the years, Craig has been the one most engaged in making sure that I have the right mix of insurance my family needs and makes sure we are receiving the best price and are receiving all available discounts. I have and will continue to recommend Craig to my extended family and friends.

I've been with State Farm for over 10 years. I've always been treated with the greatest of respect and professionalism from Craig as well as the other employees in his office. Craig is always willing to talk with me, and ensure that I have the coverage that I need, and has always given options, and explained those options so I could make an informed decision. I will continue to insure not only my cars, but my home and life as well with him and his crew.

Craig has been my insurance agent for the last 4 years since I got married. He was my wife's insurance agent for up to 6 years previous to that. Before I had Craig as my insurance agent, I was with another State Farm insurance agent all growing up. State Farm insurance agents are hands down the best out there, and Craig is no exception. Craig and his team are great to work with and are always very kind and looking out for our best interest as a client. They are good about finding and giving us the maximum amount of discounts for which we qualify. I have never regretted choosing to go with Craig rather than stay with my previous insurance agent, and neither will you.

Craig was wonderful to work with. He was attentive to my needs and quick to answer any questions I had. He was happy to make sure I understood what my coverage was as I was making adjustments to my plan. I have been with Craig for over 10 years. He sets up personal reviews every year just to check on my accounts to make sure they are everything I need. He spends hours explaining every detail to make sure I understand my policies. He also checks to see if there is a way to lower my rates. I have had a few accidents over these years. Most not my fault. Regardless I call him directly and he takes care of everything.
I no longer live in Provo however I demanded to stay with Craig and not be transferred to a closer agent. FYI, I do not work for state farm, Im not related to or close with Craig in any way. I did not get anything for this review. I am a happy customer who appreciates his service. Just talk with him and you will see how good he is.

Great personalized service. Craig took the time I needed to explain the details of insurance to me and helped me set up a personalized plan with a good rate. I felt he was very personal, helpful and honest. He also has always responded quickly whenever I have tried to contact him.

Craig is great! You can tell he cares about his relationships and customers. He's prompt with his replys and really tries to help with whatever he can. He's never irritated or bothered with my questions and takes the time to make sure I feel comfortable with the answers.

Craig and those in the office are absolutely incredible people. When we moved here from another state, they took care of everything. There was a little bit of trouble with StateFarm accidentally processing something wrong, and Craig stayed on top of them until they got it right. I was sick during that time, and they always remembered to ask how I was and if they could do anything for us. We have car insurance, renter's insurance, and life insurance through them. They're wonderful!
