This place is very organized and has lots of color options. Brenna helped us out at first and then we decide to buy more shoes and JT helped us too. They were both friendly and a great help. Both of my kids were able to find some fun Heely's that they love. Thanks so much!

I came in to get my kids shoes, Bethany was super nice and helped us out. Jess also helped us out, both girls were so sweet! I will be back to this location for sure. This store has our sizes in stock and Bethany and Jess were very welcoming and very helpful!

Meigan is phenomenal. I used to sell at the Nike outlet a few doors down, so I know what customer service at this shopping center should look like. Meigan does it right. She approached my wife and helped her get the right shoe size, checking the back twice. Then, she made comfortable, professional conversation and helped us feel welcome. When we were ready to buy, she helped us with the transaction and made sure we knew about their shoe protection product. After the transaction, Meigan grabbed the door for us on the way out. It wasn't until we had left that we realized it was 8:05PM and they had just closed. In no way did we feel rushed, unwanted, or pushed. It's very easy to feel that way when employees want to go home (I get it), but Meigan gave us true customer service. Five star review for Journeys, but especially Meigan. Wow. Journeys, you would do well to train your employees to be like her. Give this girl a reward. Their sale saved us 25%, and we received excellent service. We will definitely be coming back.

These guys were amazing! I had a major surgery where I am bedridden but needed a birthday present for a twelve year old. My Significant Other isn't good for such things and I'm usually the one who has to pick up the item. I had to call around to a few places and these guys finally had the specific items I had. I had called on a Tuesday and explained my situation and asked of I could put it on a hold. The cute girl on the phone was very clear that they could only hold it for me for 24 hours which is completely understandable but as I've said my SO is not very good and getting to these things so he didn't get there. However, they held them all the way until Saturday! When my SO finally got there! This was above and beyond!!!! Thank you so much for helping a Mom out which just can't get out of bed! You guys rock my socks off and are going to make a twelve year old very happy. My only complaint was that they wouldn't take my credit card number over the phone so my SO wouldn't have to deal with that part either. The girl told me that was sketchy and I laughed and asked her if she realized she was living in the 21st Century where paying over the phone was definitely not sketchy.

I ordered some shoes online and they came with a safety tag I went to them and this guy named Big John helped me out when Nike couldn’t. Even though it was their product! Thanks big John!

As soon as I walked in I was helped. Loved the workers. Had great suggestions for shoes and they were very friendly. Yes I bought more than I should because they convinced me but that's what I love about it. 5 stars for sure. I'll be coming back

One worker in particular really stood out at this location. Her name started with a G? Maybe Gentry? She welcomed me with open arms when I came through the door and was there for my every need! She wasn’t like the usual journeys worker and bombarded you with different shoes but instead helped find what you actually wanted. I have never experienced such great service before!!

Jess is the absolute best , she made sure I found the right matching shirt for my shoes.
I love her, I’m coming back every time just to see her smile and her energy.

I've been to many shoe stores and none even come close to this Journey's location! Jess was extremely helpful in finding the vans shoes I wanted and making arrangements to get it sent into the store. Jess went above and beyond to help me and her customer service was unmatched. The entire experience with Jess and with the Lehi store was excellent. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks for the amazing experience and help!

Walked in, immediately was approached and helped. I was showered in love and compliments and the employees really tried to get to know me, they were so kind! I like to shop fast and I was in and out in 5 minutes, I never write reviews but honestly I felt like I should because they are just so awesome at Journey’s.

We were about to walk out of the store, the salesman came over asked what we were looking for, he went right back got different shoes in my size! I ended up buying me and my boyfriend shoes! I wish I could remember his name, he did a really good job today!

Great store with the best all around selection of classic brands. I went in not knowing what I wanted specifically and the associate provided such a selection that I ended up buying two pairs. I was super impressed with the overall positive energy of the staff. I will definitely be back in for Christmas shopping.
