Jaret and Lorie are AMAZING!! We had the BEST time chatting with them and stayed a little later to chat because we were the only ones there. They were SO helpful with us picking things out. They are amazing employees and both deserve a raise!!

Lovely environment, amazing sales associates. Helped me with my online return. The candle I received didn't have a wick at all and they gladly took it from me. I love going into this store, makes me feel like a kid again.

I was very happy with my visit, I was welcomed as soon as I walked in, and was asked if I needed any help. I had also come from a rough day at work one specific employee, Katelyn was very kind to me and made me feel much better they were all so kind i will be coming to this bath and body works location from now on ;)

Very clean store with lots of great options, i really enjoyed shopping their management was super kind and they go above and beyond with their friendly customer service! love the staff here will definitely be back

Awesome new bath and body works

It's aroma filled soaps, lotions, and sprays. Enough said. They do have some good holiday scented things that aren't too bad.

Lots of product to choose from. Staff is not friendly and a bit slow.

I had two snowflake wallflower plug ins that started to leak down the sides and onto the floor...I'm glad they weren't placed over carpet. Since they were defective I inquired about exchanging them for other plugs and was denied. The new return policy states that items are 'exchanged' for the same item. I would think that there would be an exception made for defective items. I ended up throwing them away as the store associate and customer service indicated was my only choice.

I used to be employed at bath and body works. This store was a mess. I was not greeted by anyone. The store seemed overcrowded and they were doing floor sets in the middle of the day on a SUNDAY. Their employees were nice at check out but not trained they couldn't figure out how to ring up my coupon. Honestly this was probably the worst store I've ever been to. I love bath and body works and was excited to have one closer to me but I will not be returning to this location.
