H&M

Great selection. When I went to this store, I was a little hesitant and didn’t think they would have much because of how busy this particular outlet mall gets. But I was very surprised at how good their selection was. They also had a lot of items on clearance which made the experience better. It was a little messy, but overall it was good.

It is a good place to choose a style of casual clothes as modern

Just a quick shopping trip. The gal who helped at fitting room and checkout was friendly and nice. I could tell she was in a good mood, which is important for customer service 😊

I got some black Friday deals, the cashier did some pre payment procedures from the extremely long line to streamline the process at the window. I think they did quite a nice job there. The deals were well off, got some clothes for a friend and a pair of jeans and turtleneck for myself!

First time shopping at H & M. They have really cute little girl clothes.. The only thing is the selections are not big enough for each child's size. Their prices are amazing! I bought my daughter.. 2 summer dresses, 2 tops and a swimsuit for $27 That's a steal!! Unicorn 🦄 👙 💦🌊

My shopping experience was okay until this lovely poly girl helped me find the CUTEST OUTFIT! she was so sweet and so helpful. I think her name was Kaylee? If you go to this location ask for her help! she is wonderful!!!

Great store, cheap prices, awesome cloths. This H&m have great prices, I just bought 60 bucks worth of clothing and left with 2 pants 2 sweaters some earnings and a pair of sweats. I shop here often and so does my wife. A gift card here would be a great gift. If I could change one thing, I would like more than 2 changing rooms. Standing in line for 45 minutes to try a shirt on is rough.

I went to the H&M up a traverse this weekend and I was expecting a nice put together store. And to leave with a couple cute things. And I was very happy because I left with a new sweater and some $10 boots! Which is awesome. I’m almost always satisfied with H&M. All of there stuff is super cute and its all at a reasonable price. But there staff at H&M isn’t the best there employs aren’t always around to help. But I see that as a good and bad thing. Good because they don’t hound you or pressure you about buying stuff like those annoying stores there's this one store does I won’t shop at anymore because when ever I go there they pressure me into buying so much that i don’t need for example I went there to buy a top and while I was in the dressing room one of the employees kept throwing clothes over the door for me to try on… which is really just them trying to get you to buy more stuff. But it's also bad to not have employees around because if I need a dressing room I have to run around the whole store to find someone.

This store is very nice it’s very neat and clean and well situated. The quality of there stuff is outstanding for the price you pay! Because usually if you buy something that is cheap it comes very low quality with the materials and it will fall apart. But for H&M it's also a hit or miss, because sometimes it takes them a very long time to come out with new clothes. I think they could improve on coming out with a new selection of clothes every two weeks rather than every month or so. I would definitely give this store five out of five.

I love there clothes because there super cute and stylish and any person of any age can shop there because of H&Ms awesome variety of clothes. Literally newborns to 100+ could find something at this store. The quality is amazing for the prices you pay and the store set up is very nice and neat so it's easy for you to find what you're looking for or if you not looking for anything it's easier to find things you like in a well put together store like H&M. My expectations were spot on. I recommend everyone to shop here because i'm pretty positive you’ll like it.

I need to give a S/O to Jett at H&M. I walked into the store last week and they didn't have my size for a specific pair of pants that I needed for a wedding where I will be a groomsman. Jett provided great customer service, and told me that a new shipment would be coming in later that week, and asked for my name and phone number so that he could personally let me know if the size arrived. Sure enough, later that week, I get a detailed text from Jett letting me know that the shipment came in and he also called other stores in the surrounding areas to see if they received my size. Phenomenal customer service! He even got back to me a few days after that when another shipment came in. This is a great example of an employee going over and beyond for their customers. I couldn't be more pleased and grateful. This guy knows what it takes to be successful. Jett for President!

It's pretty big and has a lot of nice clothes, including business attire. Don't forget to join the free H&M membership to get discounts :)

Great clothes and greater prices. This is the biggest store in the outlets; two floors! They have everything from children's clothes to adult lingerie & everything else in-between. Awesome store all around

Just stopped by the outlets today and it is temporarily closed due to Covid unfortunately. Thanks for helping keep our community safe and heathy. I’m assuming there must have been a staff outbreak. Just wish there was a sign posted saying when they plan to reopen. Reviewed 11/19/2020

Love shopping at HM, there's always great fashion finds at bargain prices. I always make sure to bring in some old clothes/fabric/textiles to donate and get a discount on my purchase for it

The employees are helpful but not overbearing, and the racks and shelves are usually really well-stocked
