Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Brookfield

While being at Cooper’s Hawk, I literally felt like I was a REAL GROWN WOMAN! This is a phenomenal place. We had the most kind and adorable waitress. She provided us such outstanding service. We had the Brussel sprouts, egg rolls and the lettuce wraps. The food was absolutely amazing. The pretzel bread was so delicious. After dinner, we participated in the wine tasting which was a wonderful experience. We tasted about 8-9 different wines. In my opinion, Cooper’s Hawk is definitely a place to go to when you want to have an exquisite dining experience.

I always have a great time at Cooper’s Hawk. The service is always five stars and the food is always phenomenal. Last time I went was the first time I had the over the border eggrolls, and it was impossible to decide which sauce was my favorite - they were spectacular…but anything you get is going to be amazing. Cooper’s Hawk is much more than a chair restaurant - it is truly an up scale dining experience.

Always a favorite spot. Founder and CEO, Tim McEnery is a fantastic businessman and genuinely good human - personally welcoming us to this particular location years ago when it first opened. Great wine and wine tastings in a warm and fun atmosphere. Delicious foods, always beautifully prepared and presented. Outstanding establishment whether you're looking for a casual or slightly more dressy venue. Very reasonably priced for the quality and experience.

My best friend signed me up for the membership for my birthday & I’ve been blown away every time I’ve came.
Tonight my boyfriend & I were both the best kind of overwhelmed with the wine, service, atmosphere & especially the food!
I’ve traveled & eaten a lot & this is definitely some of the best food I’ve had along the way.
The appetizer was out of this world.
I hate wasabi & was absolutely delighted I forgot to ask for the wasabi cream on the side.
It pulled the dish together amazingly.
Steaks were cooked PERFECTLY, scallops melted in your mouth, salmon was perfectly crunchy on the bottom & tender throughout.
The veggies were clearly fresh & delicious…potatoes were creamy & bursting with flavor.
I’m not a big dessert person but I couldn’t stop eating it!
Huge shoutouts to the host staff for being kind & accommodating.
They helped make our transition from the wine tasting to the dining room seamless!

My fiancé and I had an absolutely wonderful time here! Our server Linda created the most amazing atmosphere for us, informing us of popular dishes as well as her own favorites and overall provided one of the best experiences we have had so far.

Brayden was our amazing server! He remember our names, gave GREAT recommendations for wine pairings and explanations. We truly enjoyed our first time experience and because of him we will be back.

I appreciate the gesture of the manager and my server for their exceptional customer service. Despite the fish in my fish and chips being a bit mushy, their prompt response, generosity in comping the meal, and providing an extra one exceeded my expectations. Great customer care can turn a less-than-perfect dining experience into a positive one.

This was an unexpected late lunch fins for us and we were impressed with the tasty ("made from scratch") food. They are also a winery sourcing grapes from elsewhere but having the usual standard wines as their own label and fairly priced. This is a large location close to a mall so there is easy parking and indoor and outdoor dining. We had the sushimi special (excellent seasoning with capers and fennel), a chicken Caesar salad, flatbread/wedge salad combo and the shrimp and crab bisque (although not smooth). The soup was very good with seafood in it and served piping hot with pretzel bread. I was impressed with the delicious Flatbread and wedge salad combo which was substantially sized. The flatbread was just crisp enough and had plenty of toppings. We would come again for a dinner entree.

Amazing! The food was delicious and our server was very friendly. We sat down and ordered food and had food in about 20 minutes. To drink I had the two non alcoholic cocktails, both of which were refreshing. I ordered the chicken piccata and it was yummy! I enjoyed my meal and will be returning.

If you're looking for a great date night, or time with family or friends, this is the place. Phenomenal food, and the wine is exceptional. Not to mention my boyfriend and I come here often, and every time we have excellent service. The staff is super friendly.

Tonight Caidan and Kelly went out of their way to make my birthday special! Great way to start a birthday weekend.

I do not usually write reviews but being from out of town the food really surprised me. Tasty and flavorful. The staff definitely can handle large bookings without forgetting about the other tables. Shout out to Josh all of his recommendations were 10/10 and you can honestly see that the manager (Darren) cared about the restaurant his staff and guests.

I always have a great experience here. Today I called to make a reservation for my dad’s birthday and everyone was so friendly, from the gentleman on the phone to our server (Josh, Jordan?)! He made great recommendations on wine and I have found a couple new favorites. I was impressed with the taste, so much I had my mom stop in for two bottles. The food is delicious and so are the desserts. We look forward to being back again!

What a great way to celebrate a birthday. I made a reservation via Open Table, so we sat immediately upon our arrival. Cooper Hawk makes their own wine and allow you to do taste testing to figure out what you like. Meanwhile, a code is displayed by entrées on the menu to show suggested wine pairings. The food was simply amazing! We had a mushroom and truffle flatbread appetizer that was so tasty. We'd already over indulged on the complimentary, warm pretzel bread... it got devoured so quickly that our waitress thought we didn't get any. She was so friendly and had such a great sense of humor that we had to compliment her several times. I usually get a steak, but I decided on the shrimp and scallop risotto. It was divine! I'd mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, so we were treated with complimentary truffles and whipped cream. Upon leaving, we noticed they had their decanters on sale, so we took advantage and grabbed two for Christmas gifts.

Omg!! I and a few colleagues dined here. We did the wine tasting and had dinner. I had such a great time I decided to get a membership and bring my husband! This place has the best wine I have ever tasted in my life! Anyone that's a wine drinker must pull up!!!!! You will not regret it. Thank me later!
