Any time I have had to have my vehicles worked on Rick and the ladies at the counter have always been wonderful. They work with me even when I forget to bring the car in for scheduled service. They will accommodate me and get me in soon after I call to reschedule. Best pricing around for repairs and they will let you know if there are other issues that should be taken care of too. They are willing to show you what the problem is so you can see for your self. Customer for life.

Took my 2011 Toyota Camry in when my tire pressure sensor light came on. I also asked them to look for other items that needed to be taken care of. Within 2 hours, I received a call back with a number of items and a quote for each item individually that needed to be addressed.

I decided to go ahead with all of the maintenance. I thought that it would take a couple of days to get the parts in and on the car. I was absolutely surprised to find out that my car was done at the end of the day because of a cancellation. I couldn’t be more happy with the job they completed. Sippl’s was also nice enough to share with me two other items to keep my eye on. The trust that Sippl’s instills is refreshing. It’s nice to know that I have a partner that cares about my car as much as I do!

Some reviewers simply don't place their own safety and the reliability of their transportation when it matters above money. Cheap is not better, Frankly 800 dollars for three calipers in the rust belt is an AWESOME deal. Yes you can put amazon parts on your car and hope the person installing them did it right but these guys stand behind their workmanship and their parts with warranties in both. Let me know when Amazon sends somebody out to fix your car after the wheel bearing fails and takes your wheel off into the ditch. Peace of mind is worth more than that.

My drivers side window came off the track and was wedged in place. I called Sippls in the morning, they got me in within and hour and were finished in an hour. The lady at the front desk even knew me by name who I had not yet met in person. Very nice, professional staff and I was very impressed with the time it took to fix the issue. I will certainly work with Sippls in the future for other auto needs.

Rick and his crew did and outstanding job of diagnosing my auto issues and giving me a quote. Grading the urgency of the repairs, I was scheduled at my earliest convivence. I drop my vehicle off and was then given a ride home and upon completion of the repairs was picked up and driven to the shop. They even repaired a faulty turn signal and and diagnosed a sensor issue at no additional cost. Great people and a great experience.

Always done me right. Sent in a truck with heating issues and multiple burned out dash lights.. They fixed the lights and advised for $6 at the parts store I could fix heat issue myself. They saved me a bunch of money by being kind

I bought new tires at Fleet Farm. Part of the install included an alignment check. When I got the call saying my truck was finished, they notified me that I do need an alignment but that they were unable to get it done during the appointment and that I would have to bring it back a week later.

Rick looked at my printout from Fleet Farm and explained to me why certain numbers (Toe angle) were red, and showed me that the overall toe angle was 0.01 degrees (almost perfect) and that there was no reason for him to charge me for an alignment. Very honest of him, when I was under the impression that I absolutely needed an alignment. So instead I asked if they could do an oil change during the time I had scheduled for an alignment.

During this time I was fortunate to listen to both Rick and Julie have conversations with a few customers both in person and over the phone. These people must be Empaths as they truly treated every customer with respect and did what they could to save customer’s money where possible.

I will definitely be back for all of my car care needs. Tire rotations are included with their oil changes which is more than enough reason for me to come back!

Customer service is great and my vehicle gets the problem fixed at a decent price. Can't recommend enough!
