Dr. Serb has been our family doctor for about 15 years. As a person who really did not like the doctor office much she makes the time fun. It is like seeing family and she has always taken care of us well.

I had a very good experience. Minimal waiting time. All my concerns were addressed. Dr. Serb is a kind and caring care provider. I’m able to get in to see her on short notice when additional problems crop up, which is a big plus. I’m very happy to go to see Dr. Serb for many years now and I feel fortunate to have found her.

Dr. Cheryl Serb is great! She never rushes you and she listens and answers all your questions. I've gone to her for many years, and I cannot imagine 💔 going to any other doctor. Went today (1-19-24) for a Wellness appt. I'm always so glad to see her. She is very thorough and attentive.

Prohealth is very accommodating. I had prior scheduled a blood test for the day after my visit but they were able to squeeze me in saving me another trip to the clinic. Doctor Serb is the best doctor I've had in my 68 years. She is kind, personable, and caring person as well and excellent practitioner. I feel very lucky to have found her.

Dr. Serb and Jenni are kind and considerate each and every time we contact them. They take their time to address our concerns no matter how small. We feel heard and cared for.

Dr. Serb is more than my Doctor, she is a friend and not because we see each other outside the clinic, but because she cares so much and listens.....just like a great friend does!!!!! I have never felt rushed, not heard or that my issues are not her upmost interest and she does EVERYTHING she can do, to take care of those issues!!!

Dr. Serb is an amazing physician. When my previous physician was leaving the area I asked her to recommend a doctor who was “a real person “. She recommended Dr. Serb. That was about 20+ years ago and she was absolutely right!

Dr. Serb is an example of what every physician should strive to be, compassionate, attentive to what the patient says and doesn’t say, as well as recognizing that every person doesn’t fit into a 15 min box. I don’t believe any of us do.

I love seeing Dr Serb. She is so nice, compassionate, caring, and remembers personal details about my life. I chose my insurance plan just because I CANNOT and WILL NOT go to anyone else! And her no nonsense approach to any issues I have is very comforting. She is the best and so is her assistant, Jenni!

Dr. Serb is completely amazing. Every time I schedule an appointment I am anxious at first like a lot of people are when they go to the doctor. After every visit with her I walk out of there feeling great. She always listens to your concerns and tries to help in anyway possible. I have never had a doctor that cares as much as she does. Funny side story - the first time I ever saw her, I had no idea that she was also an OB, so I saw her in pictures holding babies on the hallway wall and thought, "How many kids does she have, holy moly!"

I was quickly corrected and she had a well deserved chuckle at my expense. 😊

I highly recommend Dr. Serb if you're seeking a PCP. If she has an opening available for a new patient, she will never let you down.

Dr. Serb is a Lake Country gem. She is always smiling, always answers my questions thoroughly and without judgement. I truly grateful to be one of her patients! I even switched my teen and tween daughter over to her care.
