This is a very nice place to stay! The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. Within walking distance of many stores and parks. It's very quiet and comfortable !

Under new owner and he tries very hard to make sure you're happy with your room. He only had one room available but the TV wasn't working. I told him I was ok with that because the wifi was awesome. He followed me to my room to make sure I was happy with it. The floor was brand new, heat and ac worked great. A few minutes later he came to my room to let me know a room came available with a working TV. Super comfortable chairs and couch.

The owner is a very nice guy. It's a father son operation from what I know. They do a great job making sure you are satisfied with with your stay and that everything is working properly. Quiet peaceful place close to downtown.

Nice quiet hotel. Family owned ran by father and son. They were both very polite. Clean and spacious room.

Quite large rooms. More of a place for longer stays at cheaper rates than most hotels. But also less amenities. Staff was very friendly and took time to chat. Did have a bit of a musty smell, believed it was coming from the air conditioner, I picked up a couple of air freshners and it was fine
