We had been to multiple dress stores to find a prom dress for my daughter. Other shops were understaffed and rude and way overpriced for pre owned dresses. Windsor came highly recommended by a friend . The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The store was organized and clean! My daughter got a dress we love and it fits her perfectly, shoes and her necklace and earrings for $265!! At a resale shop we almost settled with a gown that would have needed altering in several places,costing $450 for a pre owned dress!! There is no doubt in my mind that we will be back to purchase more dresses and gowns in the future!

I absolutely love this store. Maura Guerrero provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond helping me find the perfect dress for a wedding I'm attending. She made this process much easier than I expected and really blew me away with her positive attitude and diligent assistance. What ever type of clothing your looking for I would definitely recommend this location. Also if you want fast, friendly and attentive service you have come to the right place!!! Store was very neat & clean! Cassandra was a great help to me figuring out what to match with some shorts I bought from a different website online. Even though I didn’t buy anything, her fashion advice was very helpful so thank you.

Found everything I needed for a family event thanks to the amazing workers. Mayra helped me find a dress that fit the exact style I described and made my experience much quicker than if I would have looked on my own. Definitely my favorite location!

I was in the store shopping for my daughters prom, and found everything I needed but shoes. upon walking out of the store I spotted the PERFECT pair of shoes. Well, at that point I'd spent all I had in my pocketbook. This was the very LAST pair, and in my daughters size. I love the fact that the manager explained to me that they had a policy that they had to adhere to (they couldn't hold an item), however, she still made it possible for me to purchase the shoes, by reaching in her own pocket, and entrusting me with the responsibility of bringing the money back. I did, and I have been to the sstore a few times after that to thank her again, also show her the beautiful pics of the prom her store made possible, and she's either busy, or I just miss her. so i wanted to say here that I haven't received that type of service in a long time...well ever. The rest of the staff was friendly the store was clean and the options were exceptional.

Sophie and Alissa was such a huge help. They helped my two friends pick out the best prom dresses! Great customer service.

Beautiful selection of exquisite dresses. I was instantly greeted by a saleswoman and when I told her I was looking for a long dress for a wedding that showed some leg, she instantly helped me pick out three dresses, two of which I left with. Great material and great atmosphere :) not out of budget if that is what you're looking for too!

I came here today and I have nothing, but good words to share. The employees here are so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you ladies! I recommend this location over the other Windsor locations.
