Sadudee Thai Food

Excellent Thai food! I try to get there at least twice a month. Such a wonderful selection of meals to choose from. My personal favorite is the Sadudee chicken and the basil rolls, but I've enjoyed everything I've ever ordered. I'd eat there 5 nights a week if I lived closer!

This restaurant made me realize, I've been grading all the other restaurants wrong. Five stars is not enough. Every little thing gave me joy. It started with two appetizers chicken and garden rolls... And one of their tea pots. Simple yet tasty. The garden rolls are actually a rolled salad with a slight Thai flair. Both dishes come with a side of homemade peanut sauce which is very nice. The tea was phenomenal, I have never drank an entire pot of tea before. ( And I buy that tea that she served me at home...hers was better) Main course for me was Ginger chicken with vegetables level 3 hot... Sigh so nice, great tastes in every bite, I am not even sure how they managed this taste, every vegetable was a delight. Every piece of chicken tasty. The finale was ice cream and chocolate-filled brownie. Just the right portions. At the end of the night I discovered my waitress was actually the owner. Such a nice lady. Such attention to details. Awesome service. This is a must come back often.

I am a Sadudee regular! Their food is absolutely delicious and their yellow curry is my number one comfort food! Every friend I’ve suggested this restaurant to or invited out to dinner has loved it! Beyond the amazing yellow curry, all of their curries are delicious! I have tried just about every one on the menu, the red, panang, and green curries are always good! The appetizers are also amazing! The crusty crab, chicken satay, and basil rolls are my favorites! My boyfriend also likes their Thai wings and sadudee chicken! Their Tom kha soup is also delicious and great for a cold day. For drinks, their butterfly pea tea has been my current favorite, but you can’t go wrong with any of their teas. I enjoy ordering takeout on the sadudee app, which is super easy to use and navigate! I also enjoy dining in as the calm atmosphere is great for an intimate dinner or larger gatherings too. I have had my anniversary dinner here as well as many large parties of friends and they always accommodate us and make our experience joyful and effortless! I can’t rave enough about Sadudee! The owner breathes so much life into the atmosphere of the restaurant and puts so much love in the food! It’s the best Thai food around!

Such a delicious meal. The Thai tea was yummy!! Loved my Papaya Salad – Somtum, it was fresh & flavorful. No one should leave without ending their meal with the mango sticky rice. To top everything off our server was so genuinely warm and kind. Will definitely go back.

Hands down the best Thai food in town! Beautiful ambience. The food is so good. Tried chicken fried rice, buttered lobster, fried ice cream, Thai tea. Will be coming back for sure. Thanks Sadudee for the yummy dinner

We had a great experience here. The food was delicious and had a rich flavor. The lady serving us was really nice and welcoming. The vibe is chill with light music and plants.

Best Thai food in the area. We had pineapple fried rice and pad Thai with shrimp and chicken, all were super delicious. The fried ice cream and the sticky rice with mango were amazing!

I really enjoyed the duck salad. The duck was crispy and flavorful. The salad dressing was refreshing and also flavorful. Waitress was nice and they have a lot of selections in their menu. Would like to come back again.

The restaurant is lovely with beautiful art work. The owners take great pride in their restaurant and can be seen waiting on guests, and in and out of the kitchen. The food was bright and delicious.

Delicious Thai food. Best Pad See Ew and dumplings in the Capital District. Fresh ingredients and wonderful spices. Mango sticky rice dessert is awesome! Excellence service by very nice people.

Top marks across the board - this is one of my absolute favorites in the area. I've never been disappointed in their food, and the proprietress is so kind and welcoming every time.

The food is the best Thai I've found in the area. Best peanut sauce on all of the relevant dishes. Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and the Pumpkin Curry are favorites, but I've really enjoyed dishes like the Basil, Peanut, and every curry dish. The Samosa appetizer is also delicious!

They make a great Thai Iced Tea and their Butterfly Pea Tea is definitely worth a try.

We've been here about 10 times, they know our toddler by name and are very sweet to her. We always have the same servers and the food has never disappointed.

This might be on of the best thai restaurants I’ve encountered in this area. Great presentation of the meals, rich in flavour and nicely spicy (I chose 2 out of 5 on the scale of spiciness 😅). I also really liked their purple thai iced tea (regardless my opinion on its anti-anxiety effects, it tasted pretty damn good - just be aware - iťs very sweet!).

Shrimp, scallop, calamari, & mussels sautéed in a spicy basil sauce with onions, noodles, zucchini, mushrooms, red & green peppers, green peas & basil. Crispy boneless duck, steamed mixed vegetables & eggplant served with a ginger tamarind sauce. Lightly fried crab & cheese wontons served with plum sauce.

We loved the lunch specials here. Lots of options including sides and drinks. Everything was fresh and tasted great! Definitely a go to place for great Thai food.

The BEST and authentic Thai food you can get in the capital region.
They can absolutely customize it to round the taste if you are new to the authentic and real Thai food. Also, if you know Thai food a lot, they may also make secret menus for you (depending on the availability). Just check with them.
Good environment and service.

Amazing! I was recommended this place from 518 Foodies on Facebook and I'm just blown away! The curry is delicious and the price is so low for the quality and quantity! $20 for 2 curry meals. The staff was sooooo nice! I can't recommend this place enough. Definitely recommend trying to yellow curry!
