I am definitely someone who is reluctant to visit the dentist. However, I am someone who is especially aware of good service and customer care. My experience with this office was outstanding. Not only were the staff, courteous and supportive. I had a painless extraction and though I’m typically someone who would prefer nitrous oxide during my visit, I was convinced through the kind support of the dentist and the dental assistant that my anxiety could be managed, and they would be sensitive to the timing and responsive to my needs. I don’t think I have ever experienced a more patient focused care environment. if you have to go to a dentist I certainly think this is the place you should visit

I had an awesome experience. They were patient with me. (i hate needles) lol I had a root canal and my crown work was awesome. Also always checking to make sure I’m comfortable and everything was okay. Love them. They are my new dentist!

One of the best you could go to, they tell you about all the details and ask about your concern after they checked your teeth, and tell you all detail about the cost.

I came in to the clinic with sharp toothaches, but I left completely relieved. Dr. Adel took complete care of my dental work. He is a very kind and a talented dentist and was able to relieve me of my pain very quickly. The customer service at this clinic is also exceptional. The entire staff was very kind and hospitable to me and served me with lots of warmth and graciousness. I’m very grateful and overjoyed by my experience at dentalworks and highly recommend this clinic and their wonderful customer service to anyone looking for high quality dental care.

I was able to get in the same day for horrible tooth pain. It ended up needing a root canal which was also completed the same day. Very minimal pain after the procedure which completely resplved by the next day. Dr. Adl and the rest of the staff were awesome.

Dr. Adl and staff are amazing. I was in the dental business for many years and am not easily impressed. But they do an outstanding job. Everything from teeth cleaning, fillings, crowns, braces and root canals have all gone smoothly. And the entire staff is welcoming and professional.

Dr. Adl and his assistant Storm performed my dental procedures - very competent, caring and kept me updated and comfortable during that process, even though I was not excited to have it done! Best dentist and assistant! I have been going to them for years and greatly appreciate the services provided by the entire team. finally convinced my husband to go get checked out and he was also very satisfied and appreciative of the services. Dental hygienists Kelli and Sloane are top notch with the cleanings and maintenance for my kids and I, very personable and knowledgeable too. Staff is wonderful, they accommodate my schedule and are very friendly and helpful. Even though part of dental works, It feels like a family business as everyone works together to make it the best experience possible. Thank you for all you do. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants a trustworthy dental group they can depend on long term. I hope you all have the pumpkin carving contest again this year!

I had a complete cleaning today and it was awesome. Very friendly staff did a great job. Always feel good when I leave highly recommend them.

This is an updated review. I have been a patient for about 5 years. The staff understands that I am typically missing work during my appointments, and they make a point to try to reduce any waiting time as much as they can. The staff is terrific and take the time to explain my personal dental needs options. Interactions with Dr. Adl are very brief, but the staff is terrific to work with.

Kelly always goes beyond her job to check in on you personally and thoroughly cleans my teeth. Great care and delicate hands for those who are sensitive.

Sloan was my hygienist and she was very nice about helping me even with my anxiety. Gave me some handy tips on things too. Had been a while since I’ve been to a dental office so it was nice to see a more professional office.

Dr Adl was a very nice guy as well. Explained what the x-rays were showing even.

Let’s just say I’d like to gatekeep this DentalWorks, but they deserve all the stars!!

My experience was very positive. My first visit and I was welcomed and treated very professionally. The office site and cells were very clean and technically up to date. The dental Hygienist as well the dentist were very informative as to what was to be done and very efficient in their process. I had previously been with a family dentistry for over 40 years and recently they decided to only do specialized dental work. I wanted a Dentistry that would do everything in one place with reasonable pricing. DentalWorks of Brookfield has provided all of those services in one place and I am extremely happy with them.

I am recommending this dentist to my staff and friends. My experience here has been amazing. The dentist was not only amazing he is graceful with his work and ensures comfort. He was able to numb me without any pain and was able to complete a root canal and repair a chipped tooth swiftly.
