Tilley Lofts

Tilly Lofts is the perfect place for a new home! From spacious apartments that feature luxurious tablet control systems to an incredible rooftop terrace where friends can gather and relax - it's like living in paradise. Even when I visited, all of the units were already taken which goes to show just how amazing this building truly is. If they ever need me at maintenance sign me up because who wouldn't want their job be making sure everyone lives life luxuriously?

Tilly Lofts is one of the nicest places I've looked at apartment-wise in my price range they have package deals for apartments one and two bedrooms and all together I think the place is great everything is up to date with the new times that we live in there's a tablet in the apartment as you walk in on the wall that runs almost everything in your apartment there's also a rooftop area where you can go and relax with friends it's very nice when I went to look in an apartment they were all rented out boy sure could use a place right now I'd love to be the person to run the maintenance in this building and keep an eye on things it's just that type of place it's very homey and well kept

Beautiful apartments! All included live in is definitely a plus. And off street parking. Would definitely recommend if you can afford it.

Really nice looking Place friendly people seem to live there didn't know how to answer the phone so when they order something and you bring it to him so weird

Washer/dryer unit they provided us does not perform either function very well. Hearing conversation and shouting through the walls from neighbors happens occasionally. Their basement gym is alright, and the apartment is spacious with granite counter tops in the kitchen.

Basement gym is fine. Hearing neighbors through the walls and vents is fairly common. Everything else is pretty good.

Fix the treadmills!!! Ive put in multiple requests pay way to much to live here to not have working gym equipment

Just received a call from the leasing agent. Apparently the website has not been updated. So the apartment I applied for was 1095. The new price is 1265. Then their all in one utility bill for a one bed is 185 on the site. That is increasing to 250. About a 500 dollar swing. They offered to take 25 off! Awesome. Why even bother calling someone to run an application with all those errors?

The apartments look great at first ...... but only until you have started to live there do you realize how atrocious they are. Granted, I lived on the .first floor, but I also moved out after only being there for just over two months. You can hear EVERYTHING!!!!!!! I made numerous complaints to building management, including video documentation of the noise disturbances at all hours of the day. Even regular walking around on the floor above me was amplified to the point that working from home became almost impossible. The building manager's (Tim Wells) response ....... "But that's what you get when living in an apartment situation." I can even hear the tenant next door to me snoring. Also, the "all inclusive" package that is offered for utilities etc. is far overpriced. First appearance and price upfront look great, but save yourself some sleep and the hassles of having to deal with the building management, and bypass this nightmare of a building altogether. The image shown is from the bedroom. It's almost like the contractors just built a room for the bedroom, forgot to make "windows" that were up to code , and then cut out slots for Plexiglas panels. Unless you have lights that are on a timer to wake you up on a natural light setting, you will most likely be sleeping in for days.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Maintenance is completely unresponsive and management is a mess. They’ve been through four different property managers in under a year. Do not expect anything to be fixed in a proper amount of time or in some cases even at all. Not even remotely worth the money.
