I have lived at a condo for 4 yrs where Michele Locke also has a condo. I cannot understand her review recently posted. Because my wife and I are retired we are often the point people for work that needs to be done here. We have probably had more experience with the management company and the maintenance guys than anyone in the building. They have always been cautious, courteous, friendly and respectful. They have done fine work for our building and have arranged for other competent contractors when the situation required such.

I moved in right before covid-19 and it has been a blessing. The staff is always responsive and professional. If they're not available immediately (which is understandable considering the results of covid-19) they're in contact with me within 24-48 hours. The apartment is bright, clean and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. I would love to reside here for many years. It's amazing how quickly maintenance requests are responded to and completed, again within 24-48 hours and all staff are extremely professional and polite. Some people take for granted having a roof over their heads. I, at one point, was homeless. I'm so grateful this company approved me to live in a place I can call home. I feel safe here and look forward to coming home. I'm very grateful. Not every resident has had a good experience for what ever reason with this company but I have and I am very grateful. I hope to be a resident for a long time.

Todd and his team provide professional, responsive, and courteous service. They worked to manage a rental property for me for 8 years, and when it was time to sell, made recommendations, managed the process, and overall made smooth sailing. They are detail oriented and trustworthy. Would recommend without hesitation for property management and for home sales and purchase.

I moved into my apartment in June 2016. I love it! The maintenance and office staff have always been friendly and receptive to any and all of my questions or concerns. Any issues with my apartment have been dealt with extremely quickly. Im very impressed (and Im not easily impressed). Maintenance has gone above and beyond to make sure me and my son have a safe and suitable home. I can't say enough about the positive experience I've had as their tenant.

This company is a trap!! Todd is careless and his company workers treat people terribly. Maintenance is extremely disrespectful. They allow their 10 foot giant mascot ROBERT to harass tenants specifically women and speaks like he has a hate for them. Between the senior citizen who answers phones and John - reception is just as ignorant. It seems like once you cut ties everyone shows their true colors. Just nasty and definitely give racist vibes. Do not bother with this company PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

You want to refrain from doing business with this company. This company was a pain with maintenance-related inquiries, and of course, they would not return your deposit.

I am not sure how a real estate company could be so unorganized. Called to schedule a tour for an apartment and saw it two days later. The woman who showed us the apartment told us to fill out an application (costs $20), so I did that. The next day, I call to check up on things and I was told the owner had already chosen someone the week prior to me seeing it. How does that happen? Naturally, I try to get the application fee refunded and haven’t heard back. Thanks Todd and Michelle and taking $20 out of my wallet - complete SCAMMERS !!!!!!
