Burden Falls

A natural moment of zen in Troy. It is a shame that some humans leave their trash behind, but that is no fault of Mother Nature's. It is a peaceful and historic place to enjoy in Troy.

What a great nature walk!!! A hidden gem.

We walked down from the cemetery and found marked trails to follow. It was an easy walk overall, considering the snow.

Beautiful waterfall to sit and watch while doing your laundry, easy access and view behind the laundry mat

So peaceful, little fall while I was out adventuring. I had no idea this little gem was tucked in a little trail near me! I plan on going back when the seasons change.

Nice place for a walk in the woods. Need shoes or boots with good traction.

This trail is in our back yard so we decided to hike it on a pleasant Sunday afternoon. There were a lot of bugs. It's a nice trail easy to navigate.

Very nice trail. Well marked. Took about an hour and a bit to make the loop from the parking lot near the falls on the west side near route 4.

Solid place to visit in the Troy area, but not quite as nice as some other nearby locations

Cute little waterfall. Not much to it, but always fun to chase any waterfall.

No hike at all, right on the road and very sad. Maybe it was because there wasn’t much water but there was a lot of trash.
