Everyone at Dr. Russo's office has been so kind and helpful. The Dental Hygienists, most recently Sunny (who's name matches her sunny, kind and friendly personality) explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable all throughout the appointments. Dr. Russo is a kind and wonderful Doctor, but most importantly he is a perfectionist when it comes to his job and that for me has been a rare find. He is gentle and thorough, and his work is impeccable and as painless as it can get. Grateful to everyone at the office for making it a great experience for your patients!

I happened to be in between dentists due to a retirement and was experiencing a major toothache. I called Dr. Russo’s office and they were so accommodating even though I wasn’t a patient. Everyone in the office made me feel welcome. They showed concern about my problem and gave me the direction I needed. What a wonderful Doctor and staff. I am happy to be a new patient of theirs.

Dr Russo and his team always make me feel welcomed and ensure that I am comfortable throughout my visit. He takes time to talk with me and answer my questions. He shares with me the need for certain procedures and the benefits to make a well-thought out decision. Clean facility. I would highly recommend Dr Russo and his team!

The staff at Russo Dental are friendly, attentive, and professional. The office is always neat and clean. My appointments have always been on time. Both the hygienists and Dr. Russo are conversational during the visit all while completing the cleaning/exam in a timely manner. You can tell the staff prioritize their patients dental well being over other offices I’ve been too where you feel like the office cares more about maximizing the number of people seen in a day and/or pushing products/treatments on you.

I had a great experience with Dr. Russo. So good, in fact, that I've decided to continue going to Russo Dental even though it's out of network for me. The office is clean and tidy. They got me into the chair with little to no waiting time. The staff and Dr. Russo went out of their way to put me at ease — explaining the terms that they would be using, for example, or letting me know before I might feel some pressure in a part of my mouth. Dr. Russo was very careful and thorough with his examination, better than any other dentist I've been to. I would highly recommend Russo Dental to anyone in the area.

Dr. Russo and his staff have helped me several times with routine check ups and more involved procedures. The staff is always cordial and welcoming and fun to talk to. Dr. Russo has the bedside manner of a gentle pediatrician, which is great for those who, like me, are “dental reluctant.”
I’d like to add that on a recent trip Dr. Russo could have ordered a costly and involved procedure but instead fixed my issue with minimal intrusion. I will never go anywhere else.
Also, I have probably gotten my co pays back in high quality pens and chip clips. So there’s that.

I recently visited this dental clinic, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The staff's thoroughness in explaining procedures and addressing concerns left me feeling well-informed and at ease. Moreover, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home, turning what can be a stressful experience into a comfortable one. Dr Russo is an excellent dentist, and has always provided top-notch care. My teeth have never been in better condition. Besides being a very skilled professional, his positive attitude and outgoing personality make for very pleasant office visits. Dr Russo is accompanied and supported by a very caring, competent and friendly staff. Overall, you could not ask for a more comfortable and satisfying office visit with each and ever appointment.

Found this place near where I live. After searching for a new dental clinic that would better fit my needs, I went in for a second opinion consultation and was not disappointed at all. I'm a quiet and pretty reserved person, but felt they worked and communicated with me very well. I felt genuinely welcomed from the beginning and all the way through my consultation. One of my fears is being taken advantage of as a client/treated like a product, especially in a state of vulnerability with my health. I didn't feel that way at all. I've been in awesome consistent communication with Natalie at the front desk ever since my first call to the office. Sunny was with me during my consultation and was super sweet, gentle, and reassuring. It was also nothing short of a wonderful appointment with Dr. Russo himself. He definitely shows enthusiasm and care about me and my dental health. He was thorough in checking up on my concerns and educating me on my oral situation. I really love and appreciate that he and the staff members put so much thought into my consultation to ensure I felt properly cared for and that I understand the ins/outs of my dental health. There was no pressure for me to continue my services with their clinic either- but I honestly cannot skip out on this chance of having a kind, diligent dentist and his amazing team to be my primary dental provider.

I have been Dr. Russo’s patient for over three years and have been very happy with the care I have received. He never rushes an appointment or procedure and always clearly communicates what he is doing. It is apparent through his kind and caring manner that he is genuinely concerned with a patient’s comfort and that every procedure will result in the best possible outcome.

Dr. Russo was extremely professional, compassionate, efficient, and kind. My experience as a new patient was absolutely incredible. I would recommend him to everyone . The entire staff was very pleasant and accommodating. For someone who has a history of fear of the dentist, this was the best experience of my life.

Dr. Russo is one the best dentists I have ever had. He is out of network for us, but we still choose to go there for several reasons: 1) Dr. Russo is on the conservative side when it comes to doing procedures (e.g. putting in a crown) and if he thinks I need one, he would explain really well why I would need it. This aligns well with my personal philosophy. 2) His dental check ups are really thorough and he spends a lot of time explaining the current status of my oral health, what I might want to watch for, etc. He even checks the lymph nodes, which no other dentist has done for me. 3) His technique working on the teeth really puts me at ease. Sticking a needle in your mouth can never be pleasant but he does injections really slowly and moves the tissue around as he does the injection. It has been one of the easiest injection experiences I have ever had at a dentist's office. He will also numb your gums prior to actually doing the injection which is a plus. 4) The amount of attention paid to details by Dr. Russo and his staff and the effort they put into explaining everything they are doing and will do next also alleviates my dentist anxiety a lot. 5) The office is very clean and appointments have always been on time. This one has been a struggle for me with a lot of dental offices in the past. All in all, I high recommend Dr. Russo's dental clinic.

As someone in search of a new dentist in my area, I always do my due diligence and research to get a feel on how reputable any potential medical practitioner is (doctors, dentists, etc.). I looked into reviews and feedback from others on many dentists in my area. I came across Russo Dental and really felt Dr. Nick was going to be a good fit for me. I’m going to start with a little disclaimer to say I’m not in any way affiliated with or being paid to give this review. This is just my honest opinion and experience here.

My criteria for the kind of dentist I was in search of was someone that was patient, really listened to my concerns, understood my anxiety issues, had a realistic understanding of any dental issues at hand, and had a treatment plan that made sense (not trying to do more work than necessary to make more money off the patient). I’ve had some questionable experiences in the past with dentists who I didn’t feel had a confident approach to treating certain dental issues I had. This definitely wasn’t the case with Dr. Nick and his staff.

I had to have an old filling removed and redone (it was in a tricky spot, between molars, and I was having sensitivity and pain because when it was initially done by a different dentist, it wasn’t sealed properly). I had some pretty intense anxiety during my visit to get it repaired and when I say this was the BEST dentist visit I’ve ever had, I’m in no way exaggerating. Dr. Nick eased my anxiety during the procedure. It really meant a lot that he gave me a break, if I needed, and just talked to me to allow me to calm my mind a bit. I was able to relax and get through the rest of the procedure just fine. His staff was super accommodating, as well. This type of treatment is what really showcases a great dental practitioner and their staff. They really take the time to connect with their patients on a personal level because they genuinely want to see their health improve while having the best possible experience! I can’t recommend Dr. Nick and his staff enough. I’m so very glad I found him!

I am so glad that the Russo team was recommended to me by a co-worker. I originally went in to the office with some hesitation, based on previous dental experiences that did not end well. I was welcomed from the minute I walked in, and Dr. Russo and his support staff made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire visit. From the first time I set foot in Dr. Russo’s office, I got a very friendly and welcoming vibe. Sunny is fabulous, friendly and feels like an old friend. Dr Russo is kind and gentle and very thorough. He explains what he’s doing and why, which is really helpful.
For someone like me who has had a few more than painful experiences at the Dentists office in my teens, 20’s and 30’s, , Dr Russo is a Godsend. He has never caused me any pain during dental procedures, root canals and crowns, which is really amazing to me. I have been coming to Dr Russo for years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nick Russo for a couple of years now and I am extremely satisfied with the dental care I have received. The office staff (Diane and Natalie) are amazing and helpful, my hygienist (Beth) is so thorough, gentle and friendly, Dr. Russo's assistant (Sunny) is very efficient and kind, and Dr. Russo ... well, I feel like I hit the jackpot with him! I had been with my previous dentist for about 20 years before he retired. In selecting a new dentist, it was so important to me to find someone who was professional, proficient and personable, but also one that I could see myself with for years. Dr. Russo was just incredible on our initial visit, answering all of my questions, explaining everything he was doing and ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout the process. Each time I come to the office, I am greeted with friendly smiles and good conversation. I truly feel like part of the family!
