Nice Ash

Awesome staff and customers, great whisky and cigar selections, and always great live music on weekends with no cover charge. Includes slot machines, pinball, jukebox, and comfy seating areas. Poker and Sheepshead in the lower level.
Street parking downtown can be a challenge but there are free lots nearby.

Great place to smoke a stick and sip a scotch. (I actually prefer bourbon, but “scotch” alliterates with “sip.”)

They have a pretty good cigar inventory in the humidor.

The whiskey selection is quite expansive, although many of the nicer whiskeys run out early on in the week.

The have lots of space, oversized chairs and good ventilation.

This is a great place to spend a few hours.

Kozy eclectic inviting and perfectly smoky. Bartender was top notch with great customer service, extensive knowledge and a contagious smile/attitude! The short amount of time spent there was filled with cheer, hospitality, laughter and an undeniable encompassing warmth. A place that will not be soon forgotten and Shirley to be visited again.

What a gem! Cigars, booze, live music, and they are open late. Speaking of booze, they have an enormous selection of whiskey (6 menu pages) with complete descriptions of each. Will visit again.

Great little joint with a laid back atmosphere. Good selection of cigars in a well maintained humidor, which is nice to see! There's daily drink specials and they charge you upon leaving which is nice. One swipe, that's it. Look forward to coming back!

Very chilled and relaxed place if you like to smoke or do hookah. Super comfortable chair near the entrance. Bartender was amazingly friendly and helpful. Lots of TV's if you want to watch sports. Plenty of seating at the bar. Live music in the evening on many nights. You can bring food in from outside.

My first review was two years ago, and it's been an extremely consistent, excellent, experience since then. Just this last night Kris made my whole group feel extremely welcome and very professionally handled a problematic customer who was bothering us. Give the nice ash a try and make sure to say hi to Kris, she'll treat you right.

Nice ash is really the total package. Most cigar bars get very thick with smoke very quickly. Thanks to their high ceilings and smoke eaters, nice ash does a better job than most at keeping the smoke haze to a minimum. However, the best part of nice ash is their whiskey selection. Scotch, bourbon, rye, Irish, Canadian, they have it all. They also have a good tap beer selection and live music a couple nights of the week. The staff are awesome as well. If I had to pick a weak point it would be their cigar selection. It's not bad but not great.

My favorite local haunt since 2005. The owners and the staff are hospitable and easy going, friendly and informed and never fail to make you feel like one of the family. The absolute best selection of cigars and accessories in their walk-in humidor, which I utilize regularly on behalf of my father and friends. Their establishment is always clean, comfortable and well-equipped with several TVs to enjoy sports. I'm no longer big in the local band scene but one cannot help but enjoy the variety of excellent artists making regular appearances on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Poker, too -- whether you're a pro or a poor novice such as myself, you'll enjoy it. I promise.

This place has it all. The humidor is very nice, the scotch and whiskey selection is out of this world, and they've got a great variety of beers to round things out. there are plenty of comfortable leather chairs to lounge in, and, if you like to watch sports they have screens everywhere.

Excellent staff, amazing selections of cigars and drinks. Plenty of televisions to watch games, not to mention games to play and live music! I come here with friends and family often. A regular group gathering place.

There's a bartender here, I think his name is Jim, he's really cool, great for conversation when he's not busy, which is rare because he's always hustling around and helping everyone with literally everything under the sun.

You will not find a more knowledgeable and friendly staff. With live music, the environment is exactly what you would want in a cigar bar. The walk in humidor is very well organized. Id reccomend you check it out if it sounds like its up your alley.

Absolutely amazing cigar and hookah bar lounge. The most incredible crew working there make every visit awesome and they have live music every weekend and some week nights also. Poker and sheepshead leagues are also available to join.
