Lucore was fantastic in getting my wheel locks off my Volvo that had been over torqued by the dealer when new front brakes were installed in January. Lucore is super in showing respect and getting the impossible done and in timely manner. Highly recommend them.

Stopped in after being unable to get the part I needed at local big box automotive stores. The fellas at Lucore are knowledgeable, and were able to get me the parts I needed in 10min. And they have some awesome muscle cars in the parking lot.

Rich and the team down at Lucore Automotive are top notch. Rich has done a ton of work on my ‘64 Riviera ranging from custom exhaust work to mounting and balancing some custom wheels and tires. Most recently he helped chase down a driveshaft vibration and now the big Buick rides as smooth as glass. If you have a classic car or just a daily driver, give these guys a chance….you won’t be disappointed

Took my 1989 S10 in after major suspension mods. Rich was very professional and knowledgeable. Lucore definitely earned repeat business from me!!! Rates were more than fair and amount of time to dial in the suspension was faster than I would’ve expected. Handling is much improved. 😎

Called 2 weeks ago 8/5/2019 to set up an appointment for a 4 wheel alignment on a 2018 Dodge Charger after having lowered it 2 inches. Went in yesterday and met with Austin 8/16/2019 at 9 am for said service. Took the necessary parts I was going to need with me ( adjustable upper control arms for the front end, and caster and camber bushings for the rear ) . Austin would come out every so often to let me know what was going on with the car, and what challenges they may have been facing. Though the engineers at Dodge make it extremely difficult to get anything done as far as an alignment goes, these guys knocked it out of the park and got me done and set back within specs. Now that the car is back in spec, it rides smoother than it did after initially lowering it. Thanks to the guys at Lucore for getting my ride back to riding like it should rather than like an old man with a hobbled leg.

They are our heros!!! Stayed late to get us fixed so we could get home to NY! I'd give them 100 stars if I could!!

I have a 2008 Fordf-250 diesel pick up. It blew a head gasket as well as other engine issues. I had trouble finding someone who works on diesel engines. Lucore did a diagnostic and we decided to drop a new engine in. They did an excellent job. It runs like new and is warrantied unlimited mileage and 5 years. Although getting an engine replacement is not cheap they did an excellent job. The truck runs perfectly. I would trust Lucore if you need a major auto repair

I brought my 1978 Dodge Van to Lucore with several issues that I was at my wits end trying to solve.
They completely fixed every issue and turned my van into a strong running vehicle that I feel confident driving anywhere.
I am very appreciative of the transparency they offer when it comes to the work they do. Any questions I had were promptly answered and they called to keep me updated on the repairs.
I am also very appreciative of them taking the time to have the original components rebuilt and tested rather than throwing expensive new parts at the problems.
If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Definitely would recommend Lucore to anyone!

I have a 2016 Honda Civic that I've been trying to do a wheel hub bearing replacement on and have been struggling to do it myself. I took my wheel hub assembly here when I wasn't able to finish installing the wheel hub (was in about 80% before I couldn't more it anymore) and called lucore Automotive the next morning letting them know my issue. Within 30 minutes of calling them and taking the part to them I had a finished wheel hub bearing assembly. Really impressed by this service for this particular issue. Five stars.

Everyone at Lucore did a fantastic job. Got my truck in quick, had the alignment done in a short amount of time and for half the price of the tire centers around town. Rich is very helpful and gave me all sorts of advice and suggestions. I will recommend them to everyone and will be back for other services.

I use Lucore Automotive for all my car needs. The prices are always good and the service is above the norm. Rich the owner called me 30 days after I had make rotors and brakes replaced. My new favorite spot to get my car serviced. Really stumbled upon Lucore while researching a service shop to take care of my steering wheel and tire alignment. Richard (the owner and car enthusiast) was really helpful and pinpoint the problem and proposed solution. He was very professional and committed to provide excellent customer experience. I will 100% recommend anyone this service shop.

I've been taking my vehicles to Lucore Auto for the better part of 5 years. Staff is honest and very fairly priced. Rich and Dave are a pleasure to work with in what are often confusing and frustrating times for car owners, like myself, who are not vehicle aficionados. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service- I have been chasing an issue with my Subaru for months now and have been sent down the road twice with no resoultion by two other shops. Lucore took the time to find a difficult issue and fix it. They also were up front about not just swapping parts without good reason. You want it fixed and done right? This is the place.

I am new to the Columbus area-- right before I moved my AC went out the week after I had it charged and serviced. The auto service store I took it to looked at the AC unit for twenty minutes and decided I needed a new compressor for 800+ dollars. Needless to say I said no to that and moved. I then went to Lucore Automotive purely on a whim-- I basically googled auto services in the area and they were the first ones I called. It took three total visits to fix the AC-- two I would call diagnostic/figuring out what's wrong and one to fix. It was not the compressor-- that "fix" would have done squat and been costly. I appreciate a company that takes their time to find out what the actual problem is and fix it. It turned out to be a different part (I can't remember which one!) That wasn't working, which they replaced. A little over a month later my AC works beautifully and the cost was reasonable for the amount of time it took. I recommend lucore automotive to anyone. Oh and also they have insanely comfortable couches in their waiting room-- a nice perk if you have to wait on your car!

If your looking for a place that can align your lowered car then this is the place. Flat roll on rack! The did an excellent job on my BMW with coilovers . More importantly, they took the time to explain what and how they did it. Very knowledgeable. They have earned a repeat customer.

Fantastic service! I took my S10 into them for alignment, I had just done full tubular suspension up front along all new suspension out back. I gave them the challenge of getting it to the custom alignment specs I gave them. They did it! My S10 drives beautifully down the road and handles better than ever. I can't thank them enough for the great job they did.
