Wine Enthusiast customer service is second to none! We bought a wine cooler in 2016 that worked great until December 2023. That alone is enough to recommend this brand and this company. But wait, there's more! I contacted "WE" and spoke with two helpful techs. After some discussion, the diagnosis was a failed main power control boards (2) - which were sent to me free of charge! Presto! Up and running! What more could one ask of a customer service/tech department? Needless to say, we are very pleased with the product and the company. If you are in the market for a wine cooler - choose Wine Enthusiast! Thanks Guys!

I can't say anything but amazing things about my experience with Wine Enthusiast customer service!
I had an issue with my order and Liz was extremely thorough and helpful with addressing my concerns and finding a solution that left me happy and feeling appreciated. I can't thank her enough for all her efforts communicating with the shipping companies and making sure my delivery details were shared efficiently.
In a world that has no clue anymore what real ang genuine customer service is like, Liz definitely helped me realize there are still great people in this world who go above and beyond to do their job and make sure a customer is treated fairly and with absolute care.

We recently bought a few wine coolers from Wine Enthusiast and couldn’t be more pleased with their products and customer service. We had a small issue with the glass door and we called for a replacement and our replacement was sent immediately. We haven’t experienced this level of customer care from many companies lately. Well done!

5 star service. Bought the legacy wine opener as a bd present after Christmas. After 5 weeks it stopped working/ pulling the cork from the bottle. Reached out to customer service who responded promptly and requested some info. A few days later they acknowledged they were shipping a replacement. It came very timely and works great! Really classy opener and very classy customer service. Thank you.

I bought a wine fridge probably over 10 years ago from Wine Enthusiast. I have had a couple of issues over the years but when calling for tech support - even after warranty, they NEVER tried to sell me a new one, but instead helped identify the replacement part I needed. Recently one of the control boards failed following a power surge. Shaun was knowledgeable and patient as all the agents are. The part is on the way. In the future if I need a new wine fridge Wine Enthusiast will be the only company I call.

We recently purchased a custom wine rack from Wine Enthusiast and we received exceptional customer service and purchased a fabulous product! The custom wine rack is part of the N'FINITY Tower Series by Kessick, and we absolutely love it! This product line provided a lot of different design options, colors and sizes to choose from so we were able customize the unit to our space. We chose a design with the bottles displaying horizontally so the labels can be seen and we are very happy with it! - and with the backlighting in the middle row it's incredibly striking and we have received tons of compliments. The units themselves are U.S.-made and very sturdy, we would definitely recommend Kessick's products! We also received excellent customer service from our Wine Enthusiast representative, Michael Dreyfus, who helped advise us on the customization and provided great communication and prompt responses to every question we had. We will definitely continue to be Wine Enthusiast customers going forward!

I have an older Wine Enthusiast wine fridge. We had a power failure during a storm and when the power came back the surge must have blown the boards. When I spoke to the tech support they had me remove the back of the fridge to see the two boards in order to provide information to see if they had the replacements. After some discussion Mikee the tech told me he’s sending out two boards for top and bottom and if they are compatible it will start up. I received the boards within two days, was able to install the top one first and I plugged the fridge in and it started up right away! I was not charged for the boards. I appreciate the tech’s patience and sending the boards free of charge. Most companies would have blown me off and told me I need to purchase a new one. Thank you Wine Enthusiast! You made a lifetime customer and will recommend you to all my friends.

Edit: after 53 minutes their service team resolved the situation. They were very kind once they were on the phone and I had a replacement decanter the next day.

I’ve been listening to hold music for over 30 minutes…I called the customer care number after receiving a gift that was broken during delivery. They are just playing music without notice if a wait time or option to reach out in an email or leave a message…so I guess I will write a review while I’m on hold. I trust they will make it right when eventually reached.

Dino was very prompt responding all questions (including sending pictures and internal measurements), scheduling a call, and very knowledgeable about the product. I purchased within 24 hrs from the first contact. Great service; highly recommend it.

My item was damaged in shipping and Wine Enthusiasts were so helpful and nice. I sent pictures of the damaged item and they are sending another one to me. I would definately shop with the Wine Enthusiast again. Their products are amazing!

I recently had a failure with my Lagacy Corkscrew when the "worm" became bent inside the operational mechanism of the corkscrew. I contacted the Wine Enthusiast and explained the failure and that the opener was a gift received 5 or 6 years earlier. In less than an hour their customer service rep, Nicole, responded providing me with diagrams and pictures that allowed me to determine the problem. I ordered the replacement part and had my Lagacy Corkscrew functioning just like new the following week. Can't tell you how much I appreciate the way I was treated and the exceptional assistance Nicole provided

I experienced a technical issue with my order, in which the wine cellar I ordered was provided with incorrect dimensions. Although it was a little frustrating receiving something other than what was anticipated, the Wine Enthusiast customer care group offered an extremely generous refund for my troubles. Mistakes can happen. My wine cellar is working fine and I would definitely purchase from Wine Enthusiast again.

I ordered a 18 bottle dual zone wine fridge from them and called customer service because of a very loud clicking sound when the condenser shut off . After sending the Rep Shaun a sound recording he agreed the noise was not normal and ordered a new fridge to be sent out. Great service from Wine Enthusiasts and I heartily recommend this company to everyone.

Unfortunately I needed to return a wine cooler that seemed wonderful. Just didn't fit in desired location. Customer service (Nicole P.) was outstanding in helping me get the return set up. Exceptionally knowledgable on the process, holding my hand through each step. So easy. I hope to do business with Wine Enthusiast again in the future

Excellent transaction, would highly recommend. The staff at Wine Enthusiast are very responsive and knowledgeable. The unit I purchased, the 32 Bottle Max Compressor Dual Zone works perfectly. The unit is quiet and maintains a steady temperature with no fluctuations.

I have a 48 bottle dual zone cooler approximately four years old that quit working. Got a hold of Wine Enthusiast Tech Support and talked to James Ingram. After I described the symptoms, James surmised that it was probably both circuit boards that needed to be replaced, and set up the sale and shipping of those. I was able to swap out those boards myself and the cooler is again operating. Really refreshing to talk to someone who is able to provide customer service like that!

I ordered a wine cooler from Wine Enthusiast. It is a beautiful unit, but was not keeping the temp where I wanted it to be. I chatted with Rickiesha on the W.E. website. She was amazingly helpful and after just a few questions, she was able to offer a replacement unit for shipping. I am very impressed with Richiesha and Wine Enthusiast.
