The salon is outside Brookfield mall next to the side entrance and nearby Cooper's hawk restaurant.

Whenever I come in with a design inspiration they always see me to it. It turns out just as I liked it and they are very strategic and patient with the detail. I never leave unsatisfied. Very talented and great place to get your nails done!

Had a girls day with my four year old for a matching manicures and she was a little scared at first but the staff was soo kind and sweet with her. She was moving a little while they painted her nails but the tech was so nice and didn’t complain! They let her sit on my lap until she was ready and treated her like a little princess!! So happy I choose this place!

If you go here as Kim to do your pedicure she is amazing! She was very thorough and detailed with my nails, and is very kind as well! Andy is great too with manicures, overall a very relaxed and intimate atmosphere and very kind people, this is my new favorite nail salon.

I love this place! I've been going there for a couple years with no complaints. The staff is always so kind and helpful. I especially enjoy going to Kim- she has such a kind heart and really enjoys getting to know you. My nails never chip or smudge. I have gone to the high end nail salons in Milwaukee and they do not compare. I always end up back at Ly Ly Nails in Brookfield. I would highly recommend them!

T is an absolute joy to work with - is always open and honest about what will work well with what I want vs what will last given my job / lifestyle / healthiness of my nails. This is the only place i have ever gotten acrylics done that do not pop off within a week. I got my nails done three weeks ago and they haven’t chipped or anything. the shape is great and so is the polish. my toes (no gel) have held up for three weeks also.

Tina is a great person when it comes to nails. She did my nails and actually listened to what I wanted. She even went above and beyond to make them look better. Tina even cut my cuticles, which many places don’t do. I’ll definitely be returning!

It was my first time at this nail salon and I had a good experience. Ken did my full set and he did a great job. He took his time and made sure I liked everything throughout the entire process.

The salon is really great and so are the people you take care of you . Being that I'm diabetic they take their time with me & my nails turn out looking wonderful every time! We got a same day appointment at the last minute. The staff was very kind and understanding. They were also very quick! We enjoyed our time there.

I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to get me right in. My feet are now as smooth as a baby’s bottom plus they feel great after all the care they received.

I love this place! I've been here many times over the years. I have had my nails (shelac/gel) peal off from the cuticle up if it was too thick. That used to happen a lot. *However*, in the past two years they've been great and last until they are grown out too far and I peal them off or have it taken off and redone a few weeks later. I'm sad to read some of these reviews, bc I've always found them very kind. Sure, the nail tech may not always have something to talk about with you, but if you try talking to them they will talk back and if not then you've found the only person in there that won't. Conversation skills people, ask questions. I have not always been approached when I walk in the door, and I understand the feeling of "yelling" across the room to tell them what I'm there for, but its the way they work, and I don't think it's based on how one looks as I'm a pasty white girl. I can say it can be perceived as rude, absolutely. Also, when people speak a different language and I can't understand it I wonder what's being said that can't be said in english, but I had a roommate in the Army that said she spoke her language as often as she could bc she didn't want to loose it being around mainly english speakers. So unless I've got something on my face or a boog in my nose and someone isn't telling me I'm not too worried about it. Kim, John, and Tony are all great nail techs. I've had others, but did not get their names. I wish they wore name tags so when I forget to ask I might catch a glimpse of the name tag before leaving!

Great service! We came in like an hour before they closed and got out nails done and asked If they had enough time to do our toes too then they stayed an extra hour after they closed to finish our nails and did amazing job!!

They take their time and offer all the usual nail options. Place is up to date creating a nice atmosphere.They have many people in staff which allows for availability with most walk ins. I would return ☺
