I’ve seen Oksana Nichols, ANP, twice and she is wonderful. There can be a wait, as with any medical office, but once I’m seen she always takes her time to make sure I get to ask all my questions, and she always has thoughtful responses & recommendations. Very warm & personable.

Wow!! Dr. Hilmi is absolutely brilliant. She listened to everything I needed and cured my issues. I was literally blown away with the kindness,sincerity, and new healthy program she has prescribed for me! If you are in need of a new doctor for you or your family's health care, Dr Hilmi it!

I have been under the care of Dr. Hilmi and her staff for nearly 20 years. She is an extremely knowledgeable and professional physician who goes above and beyond every time she treats me. You don't have to look any further if you're ever in need of a doctor.

I have been a patient here for several years, and was seeing other doctors at the Rosendale location previously. Since switching to Laura Garafalo, PA, as my primary, I could not be happier. She is knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions, and provide referrals to respected specialists as needed. The office and clinical staff are usually pleasant. I did have one awful experience there when Laura was out of the office, which was so upsetting I almost did not return. After this, I decided not to see the other doctors that were there filling in for anything more than a routine concern/physicl. (One was training or overseeing the inexperienced doctor...not okay for an obgyn issue, in my opinion.) However, I like my PCP so much that I stayed with her and the office, and I highly recommend her.

Routinely wait on hold 15inutes when calling the office . They answer the phone...thanks for calling, please hold every time. Very frustrating when you have a 2 minute question.

Rude receptionists

Rude receptionist! Poor office policies! Lack of care for patients from support staff! Dr. Nichols is great but it’s a shame patients have to deal with poor service to get care. Left Practice but still getting billed for an appointment I tried to cancel 3 times… $75 is unreasonable for a missed appointment.

If you looking for a doctors office full of incompetence and malpractice this is the place for you. I’ve been a patient for 5+ years, within these 5 years they have almost killed me by giving me the incorrect dosage of allergy shots then attempted to cover it up by administering a high concentration of ibuprofen instead of a dosage of epinephrine(this would require an emergency room visit) , this resulted in me having a massive full body rash along with other less serious side effects. Should’ve sued for malpractice hope others with similar problems do. Beyond the near death experience, incompetence shines at this place. Even needing a rescue inhaler refill took 2 days because it’s very clear that the different departments have difficulty communicating. This problem occurred due to a 50 dollar balance that I was trying to work out with a manager who was supposed to give me a call in order to clear this up but never did. These people do not care about any of their patients, no matter the past everyone that goes here is just another cog in the wheel OVERALL THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE STAY AWAY EXCEPT THE ROSENDALE LOCATION THAT ONES GREAT

Horrible practice. Set up an appointment with them and haven't seen a primary in years. They call and leave a message on my phone the day of, and cancelled my appointment. Theyre excuse was that they looked at my hospital records (old records from 2018 or 2017) saying that I'm on a controlled substance so they cant see me. Yet they see my mother as a patient and shes on a controlled substance but I am not anymore. So apparently they cant take on people that take controlled substances so don't even try. I highly suggest going somewhere else.
