We used Zefi Pumbing for repairs to our gas furnace. All Zefi employees we interacted with were friendly and courteous. They were able assess and repair our furnace same day, with our heat up and running more efficiently than it had been. I hired John Zefi through the recommendation of my general contractor for a gut renovation of my 2Bed/2Bath condo. The project was a complete remodel of two bathrooms, the kitchen and the laundry room. John and his team brought my 40 year old plumbing up to current code and standards. John Zefi knew what we needed and made sure we had all of the permits required, explained everything in detail, was very patient with all of our questions and concerns and when the job was done they left the area clean and free of all debris. John Zefi plumbing was very helpful. Seems the 1 star reviews are for a different plumber so you can ignore those reviews as we had nothing but excellent service from Zefi Plumbing in the Town of Mount Pleasant and the hamlets of Hawthorne, Thornwood and Valhalla and surrounding villages and other areas.

When they said they were coming, they came on time and prepared to work for the day.

Very happy. The guys that came by very knowledgeable, and got everything done in a professional manner. They also were able to find a time to perform the service that allowed me to still get to work.
