AT&T Store

I’ve been an ATT for 15 years. Today’s experience at this store was spectacular. Tatyana was so gracious and helpful. She guided me through a tough phone upgrade scenario. The owner is very fortunate to have Tatyana as a manager. She has amazing knowledge, patience and grace. Rather than leaving me to figure out my concerns like most people would have done she made multiple calls to ATT for a gift exchange for my daughter and patiently guided us through several family chats/calls. YOU MUST GO TO THIS STORE if you’re in the cell phone market. I don’t write reviews so seriously, don’t go anywhere else. THANK YOU TATYANA!!!

My recent visit to Thornwood ATT store was extremely positive and delightful. Manager Tatyana was professional, pleasant and exceptional. She demonstrated excellent customer service with extreme patience, and efficiency. This was not the first visit- I came back to the store because of her for any issues with my iPhone or ATT service. I feel secure and confident with my wireless devices/ATT for having someone local, so patient, experienced, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you Tatyana.

This was my first visit to this ATT store and the experience was exceptional – thank you! Tatyana displayed an outstanding level of expertise, efficiency, patience, and a pleasant, calm demeanor. Katianna the store manager was extremely patient, resourceful and very helpful in getting my work phone switched over to our family plan. I tried through a corporate AT&T branch without results, tried by phone without results but she stuck with it and got the service switched, a great deal on a new phone. I can’t speak highly enough for her professionalism, competence and support.

Amazing experience today at this store. Tatyana was incredibly knowledgeable and patient and went above and beyond with our three generation family orchestrating a complicated phone purchase / swap, etc. She even helped my older mom and reset some passwords! We are all leaving this store happy, many thanks to Tatyana. Highly recommend!

I am an AT&T technical manager and I recently changed by wireless carrier for 4 phones from T-Mobile to AT&T and my TV from Verizon to AT&T at the Thornwood New York retail store. The manager Tatyana was great! Even though the store had a waiting line of four customers, Tatyana was able to keep everyone involved and still give excellent attention to the current customer that she was helping. My situation was complicated for many reasons and she not only was able to quickly navigate her way through it, she was extremely patient and friendly as she did it. In the process when there was a break in setting up my account, she also handled phone calls and questions with other customers that would have driven me insane, but she did it with patience and kindness. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and much easier than I had anticipated. I’m very glad I made the switch to AT&T and highly recommend the AT&T store in Thornwood, NY.

Tatyana is AMAZING. Her customer service skills is not from this world. She went above and beyond to help me at the store. Very professional, understanding, knows what she's doing. She knows who to call for questions to which she does not have an answer to. Phenomenal human being!!!

I went today to upgrade my phone and only one person was working. Although several people were waiting to be helped, Tatyana managed to get everyone what they needed smoothly and efficiently. Her customer service was amazing. What I thought would take several hours due to her being the only employee only took about 30 minutes. She was kind, courteous and incredibly knowledgable. Unparallelled service.

The manager, Tatyana is exceptional. She knows all the details about iPhone, Samsung and phone service. It's rare to find someone completely on top of the technology and would is so helpful. Best experience ever!

Tatyana is great multitasker, has good communication skills, knowledgeable with like every product in the store, and overall very ambitious with her work. My mother prefers to go there when’s she’s in the store, and that says a lot.

Tatyana was amazing! She helped my mother and I with the new iPhone 12 and she was so knowledgeable. We highly recommend working with her! I would 100% go back to this location just to work with her.

I went into the AT&T store in Thornwood. My Father had said he went to two other AT&T stores and they were not able to help him. This AT&T store was. The girl that helped us was Tatyana. She was multitasking and helping three people at once. She was great. She was able to help all of us. If you ever need help with your AT&T Account this is the store to go. Make sure you ask for Tatyana. I can’t say enough about her.

Josh was the most helpful salesman/store manager/customer service advocate I’ve ever met. He was patient and thorough in listening to what I needed and finding the right products. More importantly, he went through my ATT bill and discovered an egregious error in billing that has been happening for years (that cost me thousands of dollars) and helped me on the path to correct it. If you need ATT phones or service, drive to Hawthorne, even if you have a store in your own town.

I wanted to add a line and the AT&T Rep by the name Mohammad did a phenomenal job. I told him what my issue was and he did a great job by being patient with me and resolved my issue. Will keep coming back here to Mohammad located at Thornwood.

Service here is always efficient. It’s a smaller store and doesn’t get a lot of traffic, but the service is impeccable. I skip over the store closest to my home as it is way too busy and I just don’t have time to waste. Tatiyana is simply amazing.
