They helped me pick out a rose gold / silver chain. It was better than what I originally wanted. Had to order it in, but only took four days. I want them to do my custom wedding band! I’m a fan.

My boyfriend gave me a ring that had belonged to his mother and we needed to have it sized. I didn't notice that it was missing a diamond until we were walking into the store. Sergio was very professional and does amazing work! It's impossible to tell where the band was expanded and the replacement diamond is beautiful. Highly recommend.

I stopped into have a watch repaired and noticed they had a bracelet that matched a necklace I used to have. My necklace was stolen and never found. Sergio told me he could make one to look exactly like it.....and he did!!! It's incredible how beautiful his work is. I would recommend Q2 for anything jewelry related you need.

I’m not a big jewelry guy but Sergio and Maria made me feel really comfortable and confident in my custom/handcrafted purchases. I have been using Q2 for over 9 years and will never go anywhere else. My first experience was about five years ago when my husband and I walked in just to see the store. Sergio and María were so friendly and welcoming. They spoke Spanish with me and I knew that I would return when I needed jewelry. I held on to their brochure. Three years ago, before I bought a piece of jewelry from another jewelry store, I took it to Sergio to see what he thought of the quality. He was quite honest and gave me the information I needed. He has added sizing beads to two rings, resized and repaired two other rings. Also he interchanged diamonds from a pendant to a ring, and from the ring to the pendant. I have loved everything he has done.
In August of this year, I took Sergio all of my mother’s diamond jewelry, rings, bracelets and earrings. I wanted all of her stones to be put into one ring in her memory. He designed the most beautiful creation. The result was fabulous. I get compliments everywhere I wear it. The ring is very comfortable.
Sergio is very professional in his approach, very creative in his design and trustworthy. He is a master jeweler. María offers great customer service which enhances your shopping experience I highly recommend this store for any of your jewelry needs, whether it be a purchase from the lovely selection or a custom design. When he says something will be ready by a certain time, he comes through, a rarity in the jewelry world. In all of my experience with jewelers, Sergio and María are my favorites!

In a time where internet shopping is the norm, it’s so nice to have a face-to-face experience for something as special as jewelry. From the custom jewelry I’ve received as a gift from my husband, to the small repairs I’ve needed on my other jewelry, it’s nice to have a local business you can trust!

WARNING! Terrible customer service. The jeweler ruined a ring that I bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter that I simply wanted resized. He blamed me and said he assumed I knew the ring would discolor and get scratched when he resized it. He refused to see the illogic that I never would have chosen to proceed had I known the ring would be ruined. My requests for a refund were dismissed because he said he did nothing wrong; he did what I asked him to do - resize the ring - that it came out discolored and scratched was beside the point. He also claimed not to be able to tell the difference between solid gold and gold plated. A jeweler without this basic knowledge is not someone you want to work with. The motto here is the customer is always wrong. Take your business elsewhere.

This dude completely ripped me off I gave him $250 to rhodium plate a cross when he gave me the product you could still see the yellow gold and he refused to make it right… Smaller jewelry stores only have their customer service to keep business This guy right here is lacking everything it takes to run a successful business… Save your money and go somewhere else

My son Graduation is tomorrow took his chain that was given to him by his grandpa to QTJewerly to get fixed when asked where is the chain they cant find it Now we have a problem when u pick up the merchandise the owner tears of the ticket with the number and get the merchandise !!!! Well un this case i have the ticket never picked it up !!! With the attachment to it on the ticket it states NO Goods Delivered With out this Check meaning with out the ticket is so meaningful to my son he graduate tomorrow and he doesn’t have the chain to wear the owner tells me we cant find it or you came to pick it up !!!!! No i did not so after his graduation i will take the ticket attached with the information and he better find my son chain or he will be taken to small claims court!!!! Beware!!! Make sure you don't leave anything with them!!!

I arrived at 9:55am this morning (8/7/2021) to get a new battery for my watch. The sign in the window states they open at 10am today. I waited until 10:25am and still not open. Accordingly, I left. They will never get my business.

I would never take anything back there to be repaired Shawty Work broke the same day. I picked it up this personality sucked. I would never spend another dollar there. I spent $64 to have two pair of jewelry repaired.
