This is THE go-to bike shop. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They are genuinely dedicated to getting you on the right bike, helping you maintain the bike and providing advice so that you get the most out of your ride. They know the bikes, components, clothing and accessories that they have available, but they are not afraid to recommend a different item, that they may not carry, if it fits your needs. Maintenance is top notch and turn around time is fast. roll: Bexley is also a sponsor of Team Bexley - our local Pelotonia team, so roll: gives back to our community through support of this important cause.

Excellent bike shop. Has a wide variety at competitive prices. I've been in there tons of times with my DIY Bike for parts, service, and tips. I just went there to get my mountain rack to work on my bike that by default did not have the mounting points. Picture attached. Would definitely recommend the shop to all bike enthusiasts and beginners alike.

I called the shop about getting my tire replaced and they said they'd be happy to get the job done. I got there a few hours before they closed and in under 15mins. they were able to inspect, repair, and close the transaction. Friendly people, clean shop, and lots of product to choose from! I would recommend others to come here for their bike and service needs.

They fixed my wife’s wheelchair!

The rubber wheel came off and I could not fix it myself. They were most helpful and with 2 of them assisting me, it was repaired. I am most grateful.

I don’t know where to start without making it seem like I’m exaggerating or downing another company so I’ll leave the other guys nameless. This is my second time in the last 2yrs purchasing a new bicycle due to thief! But this was my first time at Roll Bike Shop and I went to your Bexley location. The customer services was beyond amazing!!! Aaron was patient with me and my partner in our decision making or more so my indecisiveness on what bike was a fit for me. When I attempted to rush my self off because I didn’t want to consume too much of his time he let us know that’s what he’s there for to assist us in finding what bikes would accommodated our needs. We both were blown away with the detail in customer service that we received from Aaron at the Bexley location. When we decided to comeback another day to make our official decision Aaron knew he wouldn’t be available that day so he put us in contact with Tony whom he knew would be in that day and Tony was just as superb. My partner made his decision on the following day with Tony but I was still undecided but I knew I wanted a bike from Roll Bike Bexley because at this point the customer service experience was just as luxury as the bikes. Needless to say I came back in Aaron assisted us I made a decision and we had to go through a couple of hoops to get the color and size but Aaron got it done! I thank you guys so much I been telling everyone about you guys to the point my brother in law came in the following week and brought a cypress. Again thank you all and thank you Aaron and Tony for going above and beyond.

Bought an adventure bike today. Roll didn't try to up sell me or sell me accessories I didn't need. Quality of bike amazing. They took time to ensure I could fit and was comfortable on bike.

This store is absolutely wonderful!! The guys at this store are phenomenal!!! They not only educated me on my awesome vintage bike, but they suggested things I would not have thought about; and did a quality job servicing it as well. I thank God for helping me find these guys. If there's one place in Columbus, OH to take your road bike in for service and even to get accessories and more, this is the place to go. You get what you pay for and it's pure quality all around. Super impressive. Great service and products.

Really blown away buy their professionalism, knowledgeability, and genuine concern for their customers' safety. Prices are very competitive (maybe not with Walmart-BUT you do get what you pay for!) Brought my bike in for adjustments and Kyle was awesome and actually convinced me to wear a helmet which saved me from a huge headache (literally) that day and quite possibly my life later on. This is in addition to a fast, accurate diagnosis and inexpensive fix of my bike along with free, priceless knowledge. This is my go-to shop from now on. I wish I could give them more stars!!!

I took two of our bikes in for maintenance. I didn't buy our bikes there as we bought them when we lived out of state. Did a great job for a fair price. No surprises and friendly customer service. Will definitely be going back

I had a flat tire halfway through a 14-mile ride and happen to be close to this place. Thank God for that. Not only did they fix my flat, but they also fixed my brake and they did it fast; they were friendly; it was very affordable ... I highly recommend these guys ... I will be back.

I have purchased four bikes over the course of 7 years with Roll:. Two road bikes for myself, and a bike for my wife and son. Each time the service experience has been fantastic. They are extremely knowledgable and even remember what you have and will not sell you accessories that can do damage (see: carbon fiber bike + child carrier!) Integrity and good personalities go a long way. For me, I'll simply make my way back to Roll: again and again.

Best bike shop in Columbus-land area!!! I took my used bike to them to update and refurbish. When I picked up my bike, the final results were amazing...looks BRAND NEW! Besides a few adjustments ( seat height, handle bar position), roll: Bexley is on point for bike tune-ups and restoration!! Brian and (I know I'm butchering your name...sorry) Shakeem are the epitome of professionalism, bike knowledge and customer care AND they are mannerable and very polite! A "stellar" group of professionals!!

I can't speak on the other "roll" locations, but this one has a return customer! I never knew so much goes into the mechanics of a bicycle...thanks again guys!!

Best bike shop West of the Atlantic ocean! Great bike selection. Most importantly, the Roll team is super knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. No too-cool-for-school hipster bike snobs here. Could not recommend this bike shop highly enough.

Awesome place bought my bike at Polaris and all my accessories at Bexley location my most recent purchase was a hitch mount carrier. Matt was awesome assembled and installed it. If you want first class customer service they way it use to be don't go anywhere else but here

Had some broken spokes while riding from Columbus, Oh to Zanesville, OH [part of an Indianapolis to Washington DC tour]. Was taken to Roll: by Reynoldsburg Police Officer Fulton. Shop took a bike off the stand to to fix my bike while I waited. Repaired two spokes, re-trued my wheel and got me on my way quickly and for much less than I anticipated. Staff at the shop are very friendly. Shop is awesome. Huge selection of all things bicycle. Wish there were more stars to give them.

I've been here a few times and I can't say enough good things! The staff are kind, eager to help, honest, and good at what they do. Definitely take your bike here when it needs a tune up : )

These guys are awesome. Was having pain in my left arm while riding so went to Roll: in Bexley to get their opinion. Aaron spent close to an hour with me working on getting my bike fit just right and diagnosing the problem. He took the time to explain riding mechanics and how different adjustments on the bike affect your upper and lower body. Rather than trying to sell me a new bike altogether, he gave me some tips on how to ride better, exercises to do and suggested potentially getting a new handlebar set (he correctly figured out that my elbow problem was from reaching too far on the hoods). Rather than trying to get me to overspend on something I didn't need, he ended up getting me a deal on a compact handlebar set (<$40) and they installed them for free. Completely fixed the problem. Like I said, these guys are amazing--I can't think of many people who would've taken the time to help someone out like that.
