Dollar General

Had to stop here during the week because it's convenient I'm close to I can get here by walking

Well ran out of rice today so I took a quick trip to Dollar General so I can buy some rice so I can have it with my dinner it turned out pretty well because I doctored it up so it can go with what I was having also found some whole bay leaves.

I just need to say I love the staff here. They are so polite and happy and are even funny sometimes. I stopped going to walmart because Its just mayhem everytime I go and no one is nice there. Now I go to this dollar general. I wish I knew their names of the 2 staff members I like the most but they were there last night and they are great.

The selection at this store is surprisingly nice, as are most of the prices. What really keeps me coming back, though, is the attentive staff. Always professional, courteous, friendly & helpful. I\'92m pretty hard to impress and always very blunt lol, so a good review from me is well earned :) The lack of one star is that it could be less cluttered and better organized and some items are inexplicably overpriced. But! All in all, a solid Dollar General. & Whomever does the hiring here deserves a pat on the back. Good customer service is HARD TO FIND (even and sometimes especially in higher-end stores, let alone in less savory areas like James rd) and that has never been a problem here. I live in Bexley and can shop anywhere, but I choose to go a little out of my way to this Dollar General when applicable. Keep up the good work, folks! 👏
Actually- I’m gonna add that 5th star back just because of how consistently good my experiences are with the employees at this particular location— not all DG’s are created equal :)

I love this store! New stock every week including a great frozen & fresh food section w/great selections. Prices are reasonable & lower than grocery stores in the same neighborhood.

In stock items more often than most, plus you can't beat the free $5 coupon Saturday were you spend $25 &save $5

The cashier was very friendly. I appreciate her kindness. Others can learn from her great customer service
