My wife and I found Haven Home Realty through a friend-of-family referral, having the sudden need to find a new home for a family member in Columbus, Ohio--a seven-hour drive from where we live. Within 24 hours of our initial contact with Haven we were reviewing a range of feasible options, several of which were in a pre-market state and not visible to us through our own research. Due to Haven's market knowledge and highly personalized attention to our needs, we were able to successfully accomplish our long-distance residential real estate transaction with greatly appreciated ease. Despite our apparently challenging situation, we were exceptionally well advised every step of the search, negotiate, close and occupy process. We can't imagine conducting any future residential real estate transaction in Central Ohio without involving Haven.

I was moving from 6-7 states away, completely unfamiliar with the state at a time when interest rates were upwards of 6.5% and I was trying to transition into my new job. Among all this stress, haven home really had my back.

I was the seller of a home, haven home realty was the buying realty company. With no notice after deep cleaning and getting my wife and child out of the house early in the morning they terminated the contract for no other reason than the buyer’s don’t want it anymore. I realize it’s up to the buyers, but it’s bad leadership and communication in the process.

Update: termination was sent over with the option “other” checked off with nothing written in the box.
